Too right. Unfortunately I didn't know about either of them then. GLR are waiting on drilling results and as for BMN what can I say, so much news and so much potential. BMN could easily be 30p by the end of the year it seems...

BMN and GLR multibaggers since January. Done well there if you managed to get in at 1-2p ps.

Well i have been lucky a couple of times but also Ive missed the boat a few times on the way up from 70p. My staple investment is RRS. I too have been trading SXX. Other ones I am interested in are BMN (12p target), and GLR (10p target). Both of which are waiting on RNS news to make the next leg up. I use an app called VOX markets to keep track of RNS and they usually arrive within about 3 minutes of release which allows me to get in there quick. Good luck.

Hi Giles,

Still long on FXPO. Just not confident enough to try buying on the dips and selling on the highs. Afraid of missing the boat when it eventually lifts off. So sitting this period out. In any case I am probably too heavy on FXPO - separately, been accumulating SXX prior to their listing on the Footsie - been buying/selling these since January from 18.23p, but now probably in for the long term and will probably try to accumulate more - one for the pension!

Good luck with your strategy - looks like you've been calling it right.

Ive sold. I didn't like the look of the iron ore (down 3% today - cancelling friday's gain). I was surprised FXPO didn't drop to much into the close. Sitting on the sidelines to see what happens with iron ore over night. May just be a hiccup at the start of the next wave up.

Looking at seasonality graph of iron ore. Easily googleable. April is the dip and beginning of May is the cheapest point in the year to buy. Another point of reference that gives me confidence that this is the start of a new wave up for the FXPo share price.

Evening 1db....usual sell off into close, not surprising on a Friday pm, profit taking I guess.

Hi BB & Telbap

Seems to have reacted well with an intraday retrace yesterday.

Would like to see a touch at 158 to see how it reacts there. Noticed some analyst restated his/her over weight Ferrexpo. Not that I pay too much attention as they will say what they are told to . I trust price action, flow and TA !

Using my iPad this am, does not usually allow me to post comment for some reason it has decided to behave today.I bought another 10k Wednesday, for once caught, almost, the low point. I hope 1db is right, and we are finally on the march north again. Holding the stock in shares dos not worry me so much, just the SB position.....Hope we see high 150's or possibly low 160's today. In advance, a good weekend to you all.

Ive bought back in. What a testing day. Lucky I wasn't watching the chart. If iron recovers from here, I think so will FXPO. If iron ore crashes further I will just sell and wait.

Hi OneD,

I am tempted to free up some money by selling elsewhere as it does appear to be well overdone. Uncertain times leads to irrational behaviour and opportunity for some.
Not sure what my instinct is telling me at the moment. Will wait until this afternoon to make a decision.

After a predicted positive start am surprised at the response from 150! Weird

If one looks at Q1 cash revenues they were so good they decided to pay a divi . Now when looks at H2 2016 you also see how we did really well then.
Iron ore prices overnight were even raising for a change . A first after the big retrace.

Prices are still healthy so this FXPO retrace is an over exaggeration as we are today higher than nearly all of h2 2016 when we had a cash build. Bar December and that is it. On average though there is an abyss .

I have been buying in the low 140s too. Not just 136/138 when we hit support.

One person's viewpoint but, in my opinion, an excellent article on the ongoing situation in Ukraine. So many possible scenarios and very far from having a resolution that benefits the ordinary citizen of Ukraine.
If anything, the Donbass fighting is intensifying, with the real possibility of it escalating and seeping out into other areas of Ukraine.
I've no idea where it's going to end up, but the possibilities for a worsening situation are a distinct reality. You may disagree with a number of aspects of this article, but there's no doubt a potential for huge implications for the area.
