Feedback Medical appoints radiologist and NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow

as CEO

Cambridge, UK, 14 February 2019 - Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback", or the "Company"), the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that its operating subsidiary, Feedback Medical Ltd, has appointed Dr Tom Oakley as its Chief Executive Officer.

A qualified clinical radiologist, Dr Oakley has significant experience of successfully launching healthcare products and helping small companies to realise and grow their market potential. This includes serving as Director of NHS services at Synergix Health, where he led the launch of telemedicine services to 40,000 patients. He also founded Innovation Doctor Ltd, a vehicle to explore the digital healthcare space, through which he has supported a number of digital start-ups and SMEs. As Medical Director of 3D LifePrints, a medical 3D printing company, he helped expand their services into 20 NHS trusts whilst also securing growth capital for the business.

Dr Oakley also has significant clinical and academic experience, having been an Academic Doctor in Oxford and an Editorial Board Member of the European Medical Journal publication, Innovation. Since 2016, he has been an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow, a role awarded to clinicians with a track record of entrepreneurial activity, in order to help them innovate within the NHS by building networks with key healthcare decision makers.

Dr Oakley received his Bachelor of Medicine with distinction from the University of Southampton, where he also intercalated with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. He will report directly to the board of Feedback plc. Dr Alastair Riddell will continue in his role as Executive Chairman of Feedback plc.
