Agree Duc, the latter would not inspire confidence in the BOD to treat ordinary shareholders fairly.

Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity, but don’t rule out malice. (Heinlein's razor).

Bot..thanks for that. The effect on the share price has possibly been worse than if there had been a placing at a significant discount.I would hate to think that this was done on purpose?

ash No !
Mr T charlton did not sell 3 million shares ,He transferd 3 million shares into nominee to give liquidity ( I presume ,although he might of offloaded then by now )
I am referring to the ambiguous second rns on the 7th , giving notice of a general meeting to seek permission for a " possible " Placing which will exceed there remaining quota of 49 million shares , Giving rise to uncertainty and a possible major dilution ,Hence the sell off which was an obvious consequence of that rns

Got a feeling that this time we cant blame TB or last placing participants ( they would have got out mid 2,s or just below ), there is only one direction the blame for this sell off lye,s firmly on the people responsible for the last RNS,,,,, period !

Placing or Rights Issue?
Morning all, assuming a fundraise is on the cards will FDBK create shares via a Placing or a Rights Issue? If a Placing is favoured will an RNS designed to pump up the share price be delayed until after the Placing, so that favoured investors, directors and possibly institutions sit on immediate profits at the expense of us ordinary shareholders who see only dilution? On the other hand a Rights Issue would allow all who opted to take up their Rights the chance to at least benefit from a favourable RNS to offset some effect of the dilution.
Two assumptions are made, that a fundraise is likely and that an RNS is due. Of course if a favourable RNS were issued prior to a fundraise in order to improve the share price then that would be far more ethical in my book.
But if there is a Private Placing, followed by a favourable RNS after the new shares are listed then imo us ordinary shareholders have been screwed. Let us hope a positive Trading Update precedes a Rights Issue if a fundraise occurs.

Delayed buy of 500k turning up as a sell. Definitely more buys than sells today... so far.

I'm guessing there'll be a positive RNS to entice buying followed by a placing RNS

they must have had my post removed , I commented that a few LTH had contacted IR with some straightforward questions and there response was less that straightforward and honest so we can only assume that there intentions will not be on the shareholder value side ,There is a chance the BOD have some institutional partners waiting to take a hefty % of proposed placing, But it would be @ a hefty discount to 8.am 7 th of June ( pre announcement ) SP,Cannot fathom out there methodology in that second rns ,, Bizarre suicidal announcement, Unless we have some scale of insider dealing ?
Who gains ?

The original board has now been completely replaced by directors with only big company experience. My guess is that a 'big company' perspective is to raise a lot more money and have all the systems and personnel a large company enjoys. Problem is having a big name director on the board does nothing to generate sales or accelerate the adoption of new software and solutions by a conservative medical establishment. However shareholders can be sure that expenses are rising and more cash is being consumed while there is nothing much going on operationally - if only because the board has no operational people on it. LR2 is correct, the placing for which permission is being sought next week is larger than 20% and anyone who participated in the earlier placing are likely to be sellers because there is no logical reason for them not to be.

Pretty sure Zoo had a placing a big discount which at the time infuriated holders including myself and resulted in myself selling all my shares.rest is history.
