                               Issue of Equity 
 
 FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 22 June 
  2021 the Company allotted 7,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each 
  in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise 
  of share options by certain employees. 
 
 Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted 
  to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission 
  will take place on 28 June 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank 
  pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these 
  allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase 
  to 27,798,486 ordinary shares.
