Important TR-1, shows they defo want to sell out their holding...so less than 5% now, next one should be under 3%.

Very odd share price behaviour.They genuinely will take all of my shares at 18.9 and yet it's showing 9% down. That doesn't have the feel for a stock that shares aren't in demand and I wonder if there's a large background order they are trying to fill otherwise why happily take millions a fraction below the offer...

I personally feel this is not written off. A business model which is tried and tested in Europe and first in Africa started by Stelios will probably end up with Stelios. Once we have confirmation from MG that they are completely out, means any suitor will have one less hurdle to deal with.

Looking at the trades and the fact they'll take my entire holding above the mid price, this share price IMO is in breakout zone. Yes the TR1 will confirm what is already known and the consortium will inform the market of the next steps. At this point and an announcement to a positive future, the upside is significant.Interesting few days and weeks.
