Hi doodle. Not sure why you have taken offense to my post.

I wasn't suggesting anything with regards to the current share price I was remembering the last time a sale like this took place and with hindsight analysing if it was a good decision.

Dave 4545, share price has dropped as some peeps maybe thought nuuvera/ aphria was gonna propel share price to orbit.They may have sold today with frustration, understadable.Imo they will regret it as company is in a really good position right now.Factom ,yooya have enormous potential, yes it is only that but market cap is rediculously low now.

Post 8728 - I think you're being economical with the truth about your timescales. FFWD share price only started to rise about the end of December 2017 and had nothing to do with the sale of SatoshiPay. Just check where the BLU share price was before the news about the investment in SatoshiPay. :)

Poster registered in 2016 and that is his/her first post. Did you really wait two years to come up with that info.

Excellent bit of business, although forced upon bod.Company is now in a very healthy position cash wise and pf wise, bar a couple.Possible dividend coming, more buyback, os invest money in another seed company or two.Sp will correct itself i have no doubt.

I'm disappointed the Aphria shares have been sold too, but upon reflection it makes sense as the modus operandi of FFWD was to allow PIs to access ventures that we would not get the opportunity to. Anyone can now invest directly into Aphria, so from that perspective it's better to bank the proceeds and apply that to the next project opportunity. If a PI wants an investment in Aphria, they can hold that directly.

Long term holders might remember the sale of Satoshi / Bluestar (BLU) ? FFWD sold the holding at 12p just as the price was starting to rise. Needless to say there was a lot of negative comments on the message boards.

Anyway the funds from the sale were used towards the purchase of the Nuuvera holding.
(My notes say we invested £1,660,890) which has just been cashed out at £8,470,539

(BLU share price is currently 0.22)

The sale of the Aphria shares is clearly an excellent return on our investment. I am though disappointed that the sale has had to take place due to Guernsey regulations not allowing investments to be held in firms involved in recreational cannabis. I was expecting a further large rise in Aphria when the Canadian legislation passed.
We have a pile of cash and 7 other investments. Lets pass the baton to Factom and await their news.

Well cash is king....I had mixed feelings about that side of it anyway.
I can also see their hands were forced to some extent.

A nice pot of money to put in something else when the share is low for them.

Yeah correct monkey, rns required for a sustainable rise, having said that one really good rns will have peeps buying much higher.Ths to me will be one of the aim blockbusters if it pans out as we all hope it will.

the rise wont start till we start getting the rns, we are in a very tight buyback range so cant see a breakout till next rns at least,

I get a reply from JM once every few months. This is not one to watch daily. They are 'building a portfolio that will have a NAV many multiples of current market capitalization' - this will happen in due course.

breaking news tried emailing them no luck so phoned them, was told there computer has been broken for the last 10 days, and that the office cleaner had a spare one at home, but the day it happened she was starting a two week break from the next day, so they should be up and running with news if there is any they said within the week so that's great news, we will hear soon,
