Some interesting numbers for Nuuvera listing at 2.30pm on twitter some already in the price no doubt.

Plus reference to fresh deals in German market orders and invitations to tender.

Lowest figs I've seen are $500m mkt Cap = 9p faurly quickly. Highest 9x that albeit after a year.

VeryMaryHinge, if your in FFWD for the Blockchain/Factom ride you may want to checkout Coinsilium (nex-COIN ) they also have a stake in Factom, among other great investments in the Blockchain, RSKlabs for instance.

You need to find out who the major investors are in Factom the company. Huge names and little FFWD.

I can try.

The establishment view is that coins are not a store of value like an asset class but a means of transaction. The best long term investments are in the companies with a real transformative application of blockchain technology. They tend to be helping a single sector of market to be more efficient. Factom are targeting mortgages and insurance as i understand it. There are already initiatives in financial services markets by other larger players some with their own coins. The argument runs that if they buy factom technology and services it should use the if existing preferred token rather than start afresh. I think this would be acceptable if one can be converted into another. So fir my money I'd buy the company factom rather than the token on an exchange since I want a share of the profits from its application perhaps a royalty per transaction rather hhan rely on take up anh one token in a massive market and appreciation through scarcity. I think that's my understanding anyhow.

On investing in the companies and/or token you might want a token where it's going to be the tradeable unit in the industry where the blockchain application is targeted. My reading suggested that the Fin services companies would most likely use a different existing token and factom would agree as liquidity is important. I'm no crypto expert.

right - so i'm ignorant but wishing to understand more - any pointers would be hugely appreciated.. what is the relationship between the token and the "value" of the blockchain (if any) ? I bought this (small punt, i.e no REAL understanding) at 17.75 and sold half at 26 (all last week).. i'm here for the value of the blockchain asset ..
