Don, Farsight security services is the operating company of Farsight plc, hence the 1000 shares, the question we should be asking of the company is What has happened to the proceeds???

Found this from March on Optex - but why 1000 shares and why have we shareholders had no communication on this supposed sale.

Cant say I did not warn you,watch the directors and any company they are involved with should warrant a credit check BEFORE investing,not after - Hindsight is better then farsight as the old proverb goes

Inform them if you change address there is an offchance of an attempted use of the plc. No news means there is no money to tell the shareholders,

For those of you who still hold shares in Farsight plc. I read some info

I just rang Farsite on there number 01733-352435. A guy answered it and said BT Mobile...he must be a temp as he then said 'Wrong company...Farsite'.He was given this number to pass onto me 020-779-71000 which is the LSE number.

They dont appear to want to talk to us....but we know they are still operating.

Blacktom...read my previous , the holding company which you are a shareholder of is not in liquidation, the management have taken it upon themselves to sell of the operating company to repay the concert party, thats the problem in investing in small caps where the major shareholders and Directors are sleeping in the same bed, it stinks , but is acceptable to the city, FAR may relist or may be liquidated at some later stage, being rather tarnished I dont hold out much hope !

After loosing a couple of grand on this share, does anybody have any news as to what is actually happening to this company? It was my impression that the company was optimistic about future business. Does anybody know if the premisis is now locked up and staff redundant, also what has happened to existing contracts! Would appriciate any commments from anybody.

Anyone had a look at this companies credit check by any of the agencies, someone I know says it shows FAR not to be a good credit risk, that might throw some light on the poor share price

Well you may have a shell, not to sure about the cash bit though! Why dont you ask Chris Thomas, he is the slippery eel behind this fiasco, he may be lurking on the INT thread, being that he is the CEO of both companies, maybe he is planning to shaft those sharehoders as well!!!!!!As for informing you ,Thomas does not belief in sharehoders only fleecing them!

Having made some more enqys it now appears as follows..the directors took it upon themselves to put Farsight security into administration..the management bought security from the administrator to repay the concert party!
Farsight plc is still in place but with no operating company and little value..so in other words shareholders have been shafted....Aim what a great place to bein!
Rumour has it that they are talking about a possible reversal into the plc...pigs might fly!
