Sold the stock i bought myself and still have exposure via Guinness AIM EIS.

Bought a few at 883!
Averaged down to 150 at 106

so ended up making 40% in 18 months - much relieved!

I think they don't want too much dillution since the management holds a lot of shares. Only CEO already holds nearly 3,200,000 shares + other management holding.They clearly see a great future ahead for the company and want to hold as big piece of the pie as possible.Clevegen is worth tens of billions if it is successful. They are the only one on this area of immune switch and hold all the patents.Current immuno-oncology drugs (pd-1, car-t etc.) don't work when clever-1 is in the cancer (most of the cancers. You can see this from Faron's latest presentation). What happens when you remove clever-1 from cancers with Clevegen...?

So the question is - Why didn't they take more funding now? - Presumably the demand was there.

A week ago the company said there is no operational reason for the shares to be at 240-260p

Now they are almost back at that price so why should it motor ?

Interestingly Faron now has funding for the next 12 months. That is normally the requirement for listing to stock exchange. We might see soon a RNS for dual listing.Very good also for partnering discussions. Partners now need to pay a lot at front since the funding isn't the issue anymore.

Faron has now new cancer targets and 9 of them are already in phase I / II according to their pipeline:https://www.faron.com/pipelineIt makes Clevegen's value even bigger than before.

Toffeeman. If these are effectively sealed bids, we might even see a price which is at a premium to the current share price
I know that Markku is enthusiastic believer, but even for him, the language of the RNS is bullish. If big pharma believe him and want a slice, this is a very cheap entry point. Peanuts for most of them.

So potentially raising up to £14m

Has to be something positive going on, dawn at .85 a few weeks ago. Now sitting above 2.00Where were we Monday morning 1.45 ? Think that speaks for itself.More upside? Who knows, I for one think so, and will remain invested.

Yep,Like multi bagger said. Looks like people are betting based on no new information, only gossip. In fact I think the news on Traumakine API manufacture is not good as switching manufacturers of biologicals can be very tricky (and expensive). Clevegen is very early in development. So this all looks pretty high risk at the moment
