Falanx Group (AIM:FLX), the global intelligence, security and cyber defence provider, announces that on 29 May 2019, Mike Read, CEO and Chairman, acquired 136,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.1 pence per share and on 31 May 2019 a further 114,000 ordinary shares at a price per share of 2.1145, for a total of 250,000 ordinary shares. Mr Read's resultant interest following these transactions is now 10,653,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
