13/1/2011 06:24 | Can anyone put a valuation on this company once the dividend is distributed and now the US business is gone. Thanks in advance. My understanding is that approx 2/3rds of the proceeds of the sale were used for the divi, meaning some left over. | loverat
12/1/2011 23:03 | oilbagger, bought these yesterday, on the high side, but happy to sit until they recover. I've read that this is ripe for take-over, whats your take on this, as you seem very knowledgable. TIA | salsar
12/1/2011 22:51 | Just slightly less than I bought them for a few weeks ago. Add in a massive dividend of 57% (in my case based on purchase price) and this has been a steal :-) Not long to wait for cash. Wish I had bought more but thought too good to be true and dividend wasn't guarenteed to be paid. Happy to let my money ride as limited downside. | oilbagger
12/1/2011 10:55 | Very good oilbagger :) almost spot on. This is a fantastic company - 55p per share buyout would do me | shammytime
12/1/2011 02:00 | Logically it will open down 12.8p tomorrow but when does logic ever come into it :-) | oilbagger
11/1/2011 16:13 | looks like there a few buyers now 18 minutes left to get that divi... | moreforus
11/1/2011 14:09 | I've come in with a small buy on this one.....divi is fantastic, just how will the price stand up post ex-div and in the days ahead? One to hold? | johnamill
07/1/2011 11:34 | tara7 ...my 5 tips for 2011...see if I can give you some competition ! BDI, FIF, NBI, CRE, KFX Downside risk.....smallish imo, except for FIF (debt, interest cost is high relative to profit) and BDI (but if BDI falls a bit if trading is slow...then not a problem imo....won't be for so long...) (FIF,NBI,CRE,KFX are all looking good for rises over next few weeks....Bond may go horizontally until any news from the company) (..and some others shares that I won't reveal !) (your tips may do better but are higher risk imo, many being micro caps...) Not recommendation to buy. Do your own research etc etc. | markt
07/1/2011 00:41 | I'm surprised the share price didn't rise further on that large 100k trade. If it stays at same level tomorrow I will be tempted to top up | oilbagger
06/1/2011 19:13 | I reckon the company is up for sale - 60p would be enough. | barnetpeter
06/1/2011 16:27 | WOW, did you see that trade.!! | tara7
06/1/2011 14:24 | Thanks Milesen, Only around 2/3 of the cash is being paid out this time, so room for more later. | tara7
06/1/2011 13:59 | FAO: FTS followers I have just posted a news article on FTS at www.growthcompany.co | milesn
06/1/2011 11:53 | get in before the directors start buying Seriously, if directors started to buy it would instil more confidence in the underlying business | oilbagger
06/1/2011 09:55 | Thanks, and with only part of the cash [16p] being paid now, more could come at the half way stage. | tara7
06/1/2011 09:54 | ...congrats. Tara.....!...you were right that a div. may be paid.... (but !!...imo it wasn't garaunteed...they could have said nothing and invested the money in product development or buying another small company or whatever... but...what is the value of what is left in the company ? .....(was loss making, sold the profit making part)) in any case good luck with FTS | markt
06/1/2011 09:34 | Back up as was my view.! | tara7
06/1/2011 08:51 | I suspect people will be warry of buying in - it does sound too good to be true regarding the large dividend. Once people realise that it is a no brainer - we should see price movement | oilbagger
06/1/2011 08:45 | ...one might ask a question, how much is company worth sp-wise after divi payment, any ideas !? | waleriuszwatrobka
06/1/2011 08:43 | Looks like the profit came first, huge divi to come and buyers will be back in soon me thinks. | tara7
06/1/2011 08:23 | So should one sell or take the dividend? | jonno1
06/1/2011 08:22 | wow nice dividend of 16p - 12.6 p net! Glad I bought in before Xmas - thanks to advice on this board | oilbagger
