The Board of F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") announces that on 15 March 2018 the Company allotted 150,000 Growth shares of 10p each, from the Company's general business purposes blocklisting facility at a price of 203.0p per Growth share. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Growth shares in issue and dealings are expected to commence on 19 March 2018.

Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue 4,991,010 Income shares and 1,701,050 Growth shares under its blocklisting facilities.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 42,605,035 Income shares and 34,902,037 Growth shares, of which nil Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc is 42,605,035 Income shares and 34,902,037 Growth shares.

The above figures (42,605,035 Income shares and 34,902,037 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
