6 August 2021 - Experian plc (the "Company"), the global information services company, hereby notifies the market of the following individual notifications relating to sales of shares in the Company by Lloyd Pitchford, the Chief Financial Officer, and Kerry Williams, the Chief Operating Officer, both directors of the Company.

Following the sales outlined in the individual notifications below, Mr Pitchford and Mr Williams have retained interests in Experian plc ordinary shares of 308,756 and 183,455 respectively.
