The 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Shelbourne Hotel, 27 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, D02 H529, Ireland on Wednesday, 18 July 2018 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
