EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 29 March 2019 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan, has received the 5,549 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The exercise price per share was GBP6.1984.
