Looking at poly today, things are looking better.
Both sides making the right noises at last.
Zelensky talking about any deal needed to be confirmed by a referendum.


Talking about the Crimea.
The referendum held in 2014 seemed fair and resulted in over 90% wishing to be part of Russia and not the Ukraine.
No one seems to mention it for reasons I am not sure about.

I assume that Evraz has assets in the West greater than the $700,000m bond which can be seized in the case of a technical default.
Perhaps this is the plan :
1/ Make it impossible for Evraz to pay the coupon on it's bonds.
2/ Force it into default
3/ Seize it's assets in the West.
