FFS some people are just begging to be scammed. |
Hi, I have paper shares about 18000...Please let me know if you are interested in buying, Im located Northern Ireland..Regards |
Price lowered to $0,8 from $1 due to time for forced converstion running out. Next stop $0,5. |
I suppose they could on authorisation from OFSI, however NA is currently in the process of being sold so it's not in their plans. |
I meant demerging non Russian assets and list as a separate company |
Because it is sanctioned. |
Why can't EVR list in countries such as Kazakhstan to start trading? |
Is anyone selling Evraz? dx12208@gmail.com |
Tony, hope you took the recent opportunity to unload your large holding in THG too?!! |
The truth is that nobody knows when or how the war will end, when and how Putin will end, or when and how Evraz will relist or not.
I don't blame Andrey for trying to mop up lots of shares, after all he's completely protected as a Russian citizen and can only stand to benefit.
Everyone else needs to assess their needs and expectations. Ultimately, not even Mystic Meg can predict this one. |
frankly the amounts don't matter since foreigners will be getting the compensation (if any at all) into a forever blocked C account in rubles. So if even you get not 40 penny, but 50 or whatever you are still locked in Russia until Putin steps down which is like 2040s. |
Not sure what all that means, but if there is a 50% discount on unlisted or untraded shares presumably that's a discount on the asset value, and not on a price at which shares were traded months ago? |
People ask why I need the shares if the Evraz plc is going to "zero". Fair question. I am a Russian resident with citizenship so I hope to get the local shares. |

the key components the video missed: there is right now is a mandatory 50% discount on asset sales of foreign companies (see the Magnit case and Magnit is a Russian entity) and also the ESO will receive all the Evraz PLC "unrussian" undistributed shares. So foreign Evraz shareholders can expect like 40 pences after the war ends and the sanctions are lifted may be in 2040 or so. Dividends (if there ever be any! which I doubt) would also be available only to the eso Russian shareholders, the plc's eso dividends will be frozen on the separate C ruble account as all the other foreign dividends until 2040. The money from the C accounts can be used only to pay taxes in Russia. |
Hi AAA, how would that work for me? My shares are with my bank, I never moved them to a cert as they are held in an ISA Shares account.
I think I won't be able to do a deal if the shares are not held by you personally with the paper certificate |
Hi everybody, I am still buying at $1, I have now swift payments, so no cash.
I don't expect people to believe strangers on the internet, but buyers have seen me in person and received money, so if you want to sell - welcome to direct messages. |
Typical, ignore all the evidence while making accusations.
I’m sure a great investor. Lovya loads ya daft mug. See ya |
There you go muppets.
J30. Cash pic he sent me before coming to meet me. Payment from my bank to HMRC for stamp duty. Believe what you want but I’ve my cash at hip and shares sold. He has to pay me in dollars and flew to Istanbul to Portugal. I got the exchange rate at the time. Lovya loads you daft sceptical mugs lol |
Davius
You’re the mug. Anyone wants to reach out to me privately if they have any doubts I’ll show them whatever proof they need.
I have the cash in hand and contract signed and transferred. I had to pay HMRC the stamp duty as him sending money to HMRC was not so easy. Not everyone is out to scam and evraz will not transfer the shares to the person without signed contact and j30 with stamp duty paid.
Fool. |

Andrey AAA is genuine.
I have sold my shares to him.
I had a modest holding by my standards of 27,500 shares which i bought less than suspended price. I got all my money back. He flew to meet me in person as I live in Portugal.
I was as nervous as anyone doing the deal. he is not interested in micro holdings due to travel costs to conclude the sale, he will very likely make a killing on this transaction but equally we might get 0.
Good luck to anyone doing a deal but I can vouch it’s genuine. I got caught trading evraz shares trying to be greedy. I made the 20k I invested on another Russian stock in a day and stuck all my profit into evraz. I was happy to conclude the deal and get out. Here is proof below that I owned the shares, there is a lot of Walter Mitty here . I’ve marked out my personal details.
