30/3/2017 13:03 | Jaknife ; I have been around long enough to know what I can actually say & not say . But read some of my words more closely on my last post . Things are very much in control and exciting .... but just my opinion 👍 | delboy39
30/3/2017 11:34 | Jakinfe ; in 9 months time imo it would of had 5-6 months trading You are missing that by then it will have the 3-4 biggest music companies on its books and will be the leader in the sector . Yes it sounds a big shout now , but as I have said before I used to be in a very similar part of the Music world and this is a very exciting prospect in my experience . Let's see who is right in 6 months time | delboy39
30/3/2017 10:27 | Love it or loathe it this will be a mega company imho, the fact that it is early stage may frighten some but I see it as a huge opportunity. | czar
30/3/2017 10:09 | IMO ; 3 -4 months before launch , big deal to be done before that time and poss 2 . Then the company is up and running without any more fund raising . It's the potential of being the main provider of live music with VR It's embryonic but real and it is going to happen and in my opinion a obvious take over within 12 months of operating . This is a long term hold stock but has the potential for mind blowing values . Let's see what the company produces over the next 12 weeks , I think it will be very strong . | delboy39
30/3/2017 09:43 | Today's trades look like a concerted attempt to push up the share price. I wonder how long it will last. | wiseacre
30/3/2017 08:54 | Way over valued, wait a couple of years because this is not going to fly but has got every chance of diving. If it is successful the success is already priced in. Let the mugs put their money in to get this off of the ground, then it might be worth buying in but I doubt it. Thanks for inviting me onto another loser Subsonico. | roydyor
30/3/2017 04:51 | KNIGEL 29 Mar '17 - 14:01 - 726 of 767 1 0 Yes there is a list of posters going around that post on shares TW had mentioned. Since he mentions 5-10 shares per week probably this list will include up to 50% of all Advfn posters if it continues over the next few months! .................... No Knigel, The Lube Team update List will only mention Lubers who follow the same primary narrative and team up to put on a daily theatrical charade in order to choreograph the impression of consensus amongst independent posters. The Lube Charade does not visit every company mentioned by the primary Blogger but specific targets. This means the Lube list will not build as Knigel disparagingly suggests into '50% of all ADVfn posters', as it is a more refined tool and will add Lubers when they meet Lube Criteria. There will be collateral damage. | supersonico
30/3/2017 00:02 | Cash may have been £3.9 million at end of December (share price was then 5p) Chris Akers is an opportunist which makes me suspect a placing is possible, though of course there are a shed load of warrants to be exercised at under a penny. With, as yet, no saleable product and no revenue the current valuation of £80 million plus is absurd. Sensible people are beginning to realise this share has been over-hyped. Same applies to Red Leopard. Akers doesn't change his spots! | wiseacre
29/3/2017 21:41 | George is back! | trumpingtonsmythe
29/3/2017 19:39 | Graph looks terrible anyone can see that...... | general george
29/3/2017 19:38 | Good time to get out imho, way overvalued. Dont be left holding the baby like the poor cloudtag shareholders. I dont know anyone who owns a vr headset....do you? | general george
29/3/2017 14:01 | Looking very weak. can see this hitting 7s tomm. | timw3
29/3/2017 13:43 | I've been topping up. Not selling at all when others are buying at higher prices I will be selling. Guess no one is paying attention to the late trades that are appearing in the 100s small fries selling while the big guns buying in bulk. | dlewis1
29/3/2017 13:39 | I'm a buyer at one seventh of a penny. GL | kreature
29/3/2017 13:06 | Going ConcernThe Financial Statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts through to 30 June 2018. These forecasts take into account the intended launch timetable within the year ending December 2017, as well as projecting potential revenue profiles based on hardware adoption estimates. The Directors have performed sufficient sensitivity analysis including what the impact may be of significant delays to launching the MelodyVR app, not securing sufficient licencing or insufficient global hardware adoption. As significant progress has been made in securing the necessary exploitation rights and there being very positive initial indicators on hardware adoption to date, the intended launch timetable is considered achievable. As there are sufficient existing resources to operate for the foreseeable future irrespective of launch the Board has concluded that the going concern assumption is appropriate in preparing these financial statements.Above from accounts ... going concern statement ...Doesnt look like running short of cash to me. Cash at end Dec 2016 was circa £3.9m which was the approx sum raised in Sept 2016. Any placing would be for strategic expansion. Tempting to sell some given unknown reason price falls ... but suspect this company could be massive so not selling any. | meganxmas
29/3/2017 12:31 | Placing Ahoy! | wiseacre
29/3/2017 12:00 | Will re buy at 5p | aimmafia
29/3/2017 11:02 | Amazing buy in opportunity! | ch1rp
29/3/2017 10:55 | As JakNife says it's a question of valuation, if this was valued at £10m even £20m I wouldn't be short but at about £110m fully diluted with no product and no revenue the pot odds favour being short. Maybe they come out with a product soon and sell millions and I'm wrong, I'll take my chances. | hywel |
