12/11/2019 21:00 | My comment was obviously for Dave. | lovewinshatelosses
12/11/2019 20:58 | They do need money; every company needs money. Funded until 2021 means they will be looking for more money in 2020 that's not disputable it's how the game is played. | asat91
12/11/2019 20:57 | I promise I am neither in a panic nor looking to manipulate - look at my previous posts here - I too expect a bounce from these levels - and if significant shareholders are indeed topping up right now, I will be delighted and that would be terrific news for those of us who have held tight during this news - of which I am one. | lovewinshatelosses
12/11/2019 20:57 | They do not need the money as they have already stated!Plus wealthy shareholders are already adding! | dave444
12/11/2019 20:54 | Dave I would personally see a fund raise as a positive. It means wealthy individuals think the company is still worth their money, while also strengthens the companies financial position giving it more options and more time. If anyone is in panic mode to be honest it sounds like you are. | asat91
12/11/2019 20:52 | This share will go up from here and I would not be surprised if significant shareholders were buying right now | dave444
12/11/2019 20:51 | Another that is in panic or manipulation mode! They were looking for partners after the breast cancer results which happens to be the biggest problem and dwarfs SAH! | dave444
12/11/2019 20:48 | Dave, it is not a question of people misunderstanding that statement - it is a question of restoring shareholder faith at this stage. Whether enough progress will be made in the next 12 months or so within the existing budget to mean no further fund raise(s) will be necessary/in sufficient time for a partner to buy in without too much of an impact on existing shareholders etc. We have all seen what can happen with a stock like this on terrible news. I hope this is not now going to become a lifestyle company for the BOD (seen that before elsewhere, but not in the capacity of an investor thankfully) - but they need to really step up now and IMO some share purchases would not go amiss as part of a package of measures to restore 'shareholder value' rather than just the typical corporate speak. The next few weeks will probably tell us all we need to know... | lovewinshatelosses
12/11/2019 20:48 | What a player you are! | dave444
12/11/2019 20:47 | You can try to scare but the answer is no! | dave444
12/11/2019 20:45 | Well the company won't wait until they have £1 left to raise more money. Would expect perhaps early 2020 or mid 2020 for a fund raise if they don't get money from a breast cancer agreement. | asat91
12/11/2019 17:17 | The company have said they are funded to Mid 2021 why can people not understand that? | dave444
12/11/2019 16:34 | To be honest nobby, that is what is keeping me here still (sitting on significant paper losses) - although I was expecting maybe a 30% drop with bad SAH results, not this, given where things are in terms of the breast cancer play. As others have said, I guess the fear of that also turning out to be a dud, and/or risk of heavy dilution from a further placing, is why we are where we are currently. Oh well, I did say I entered these types of small cap investments with the mindset of being ready for complete capital wipeout as a worst case scenario, so I am walking (hobbling) the walk... :) | lovewinshatelosses
12/11/2019 15:16 | The SAH result in now way should undermine the breast cancer result as patently it is a completely different MOA. Sulforaphane is known to hit multiple pathways. | nobbygnome
12/11/2019 15:15 | Clearly an overreaction as they have £7m in cash and state they are funded for all activities to mid 2021 another 18 months. On top of that they were looking at a partner deal.In the April presentation it states a typical forward payment of $50m on the breast cancer indication so let's see if this happens! | dave444
12/11/2019 15:14 | Definitely undervalued IMHO in comparison with other similar companies. I guess the worry is another fund raising if they need to do a further trial themselves, although I suspect they will be stepping up licensing discussions now. | nobbygnome
12/11/2019 15:06 | It is an interesting opportunity this because it's a pharma with an asset that has positive data in one indication at phase II, and non-significant (negative data) in another indication at phase II. Does the negative data for SAS indication warrant a share price drop of 60%, and a market cap of 10 million? Is 10 million fair value for what the company has at the moment? That's the golden question. Maybe the answer is yes, maybe it is no. What do you think? | asat91
12/11/2019 13:15 | Oh dear the moron is back the late shorter who cannot get his return | dave444
12/11/2019 11:34 | How low can this go | shirley83
12/11/2019 10:48 | Does anyone know how soon a major shareholder has to declare a change of their holding? I had a feeling it was within a few days when it breaches certain percentages in either direction, but I could be wrong about that (like some of my investment decisions, ahem!). | lovewinshatelosses
11/11/2019 17:24 | I hope he enjoys his sleep tonight! Lol! | dave444
11/11/2019 17:18 | Another fantasy trader I see... | nobbygnome |
