I reckon that there's very few shares in free float as I'm fairly certain that there has been an orderly share transfer/ accumulation in progress for months, plenty have parted with their shares cheaply over that time and all shares sold have been mopped UP cheaply.....all suggestive of a strategic investor JV partnership imho, although whatever the reason, this will re-rate suddenly and significantly when good news drops with so few shares available and with so much potential news possible from Evgen's multiple disease pipeline, the opportunity for Transformational returns in the coming weeks and months look firmly in our favour. Gla :-)

True peanut, very likely he cannot. I would have thought EVG will get updates on progress of the many trials formally and informally but its agreements with the external funders and teams involved are likely to be governed by NDAs that prevent the release of hard news unless authorized or in set circumstances. Likely to be the nature of the business model which is brilliant because the partners pay for the trials. Thus, the new guy's windows to buy may be very limited.

One think I should say is if the new guy is now in the possession of a shed load of inside info I'll let him off buying any shares. This could hopefully be the case.

A huge spike in Covid-19 numbers across the UK reported today, and here's the Scottish numbers compared to a week ago which is worrying for all....and so confirmation that SFX-01's patient trials are underway and first patients have been administered surely must be imminent imho...Gla :-)

Morning Bumpa. They could have shared with us some of the criteria - e.g. do the share options have a particular SP/MC target before they can be cashed in, or is it going to be more opaque?
MM - it's not clueless to raise these types of questions. Quite the opposite actually.

He still could have made a statement of intent, outside of the generous terms of his package. If he does do so soon, then I will buy more as well. As I have done with other companies, where the directors show they are not just in it for the pay cheque. Not a positive first impression to my mind, but ultimately the share price will do the talking in the weeks and months ahead.
