Directorate Changes

The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited ("the Company") announces that, in line with minimising costs following the application for the cancellation of the standard listing, and the expected appointment of a liquidator, Mr Jan van der Vlist and Mr Wessel Hamman have each announced their decision to resign as Directors of the Company with effect from 30 September 2017.

The Board would like to thank both Jan and Wessel for their valuable assistance since joining the Board, in 2008 and 2011 respectively.

The cancellation of the standard listing of the Company on the Official List and trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to take effect on 2 October 2017. The last day of trading is therefore expected to be today, 29 September 2017.
