Some Aussie and UK shareholders have set up a website to try and oppose the takeover bid. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Small shareholder opposition to a £49.8m or 19p a share cash bid for ENK, the former European Nickel, is growing.
The ENKVOTENO Private Investor Group, which holds almost 2 per cent of the company's shares, plan to storm the AGM later this month to register their strong protest.
They believe a joint offer from DMCI and a British investment firm, which has been agreed by the board, greatly undervalues the company and its prospects. ENK closed 0.12p dearer at 18.5p.

stevi111....have believed for a long time....especially over winter....that there was some other reason....why the share price....never reacted to relatively positive news.

Others here too!....commented on this share price "none reactive" behaviour....so your comments don`t come as a surprise.

Who is specifically responsible....for the share price inaction....ENK investors may never know....but if this derisory takeover....does goes through....at 19p....don`t think it will be the end of the matter.

Have a lot more to say on this subject....but "keep your powder dry"....is always a good adage....DYOR.

As for Singapore.. *Coughs* .....Be careful of ermmmm...err.....the ladyboys - haha !!

Metex, sods law isn't it. I've partly-traded ENK from the days of the share consolidation in 2010 directly on Level 2.

Anybody trading ENK on Level 2 in the past year or so could clearly see when theres been a big seller / big buyer etc....

I personally reckon Montoya have controlled the share price here for at least a year or more. Something just not right about all of this !

SCAP clearly must be buying on behalf of DMCI & co as they have been constantly buying everyday since the offer was announced.

We arrived in Singapore in May. Completion will be approx Feb 2013.

Great to see you're still in the markets Spights.

Been a scarey past few years on these shark infested markets. I would imagine plenty of investors / traders have been wiped out. I'm still here after 8 years and doing great thankfully. Even traded some Invensys shares recently..lol

There would be a few more million up for grabs if they were to buy @ 18.75p and 19p on Level 2.

Seems(DCMI and co) they are currently happy buying at 18.5p at the moment as nothing has been traded over the past few days higher than 18.5p ! (Got 50k sat top of 19p offer patiently waiting to sell!)

Maybe they know that they aren't going to get the company but are trying to pick up as many shares as they can on the cheap before making an increased offer. Latest rns suggests that they are not having much luck in picking many up.

Togglebrush....thanks for that....although volume in OZ....was well above normal levels overnight....1,839,929.

If one has faith in ENK`s Directors....then there is still a good chance....of a counter offer IMHO....with them having had the defence ammunition....of over £20m in the bank....plus another $2m....which should have arrived via Montina/GHGC deal....by latest yesterday.

So ENK investors...."Remember!....Remember!....the 5th of November"....and what happened to that other "guy".

It might still happen here....through a counter offer....DYOR.

IMHO______It looks like, after the first day, there has been TALKS are under way between the Offeror's and the Executive Board of Directors based on:-
'
A) Lack of any news from Executive Board of Directors
B) Aggressive buying, news, or action by the Offeror's
C) The reasonably low volumes traded which seem like leavers and speculators joining. Only one RNS from an institution, Aviva, which sold part of its holding.
