European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 1,428,571 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued to Winance as announced on 31 July 2019. The full announcement can be seen at: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20190731/pdf/4471c033cl8b6z.pdf.

Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on NEX ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 16(th) October 2019. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 600,992,411 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The above figure of 600,992,411 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
