Revenues at $100 oil might be closer to $10 mn for the full year. And you need to assign a much higher COS as it's an appraisal well where oil has already been found right next to an existing oil field and infrastructure. There are two sets of geologists who are confident about the subsurface - one at I3e and another at EOG. And then there is mega call option in Moroccan acreage Inz.

£20m cap seems pretty good value considering oil price atm, future revenues and the value adding potential of new acquisition. dyor.

Thats interesting. 20m of which 10 is cash. 10m value for 6m income PA plus 40% cos on Serenity. That's reassuring.

EOGs market cap must be 50% cash currently. £7mn Serenity appraisal well cash and £3 mn income from Wressle? With the rest of the year, cash flow would be over $7mn. Not bad for a £12mn market cap company (ex £7mn Serenity cash)
