23/3/2022 13:42 | If this goes through I will sell my holding and use as funds at my next visit to a casino. Prefer to lose it on a spin of the wheel than fund oddie and tin pot. | slicethepie
23/3/2022 13:40 | Poor little GooGooDay, this Trumpet doesn’t even own one I3E share! He has 4 Avatars all Ramping for .25$! What a lowlife…. | fandagle

23/3/2022 12:21 | I voted FOR, approx £40k worth of EOG. As I said before, I originally bought in for the prospects in the Irish Sea, that was a long time ago. Now, the logic would be for Inishkea to go ahead - but who knows, it is a political decision and may never happen. Morocco is years away - how long have we all got to wait for it? So Serenity is a near term play. We will know soon. As to what the share price will do if there is a either a No or Yes vote, that is guesswork. We are all hoping for the best outcome, whatever it is! | gclark
23/3/2022 11:48 | on a yes vote, there is no chance of it quadruple ... the rest of the spivs that committed to 1.8p placing will be keen to stag and bail out.. look at the price already do you honestly think the MM's are going to give you free money once you can sell your placing shares? | currypasty
23/3/2022 11:35 | Give it a rest... The deal will go through with I3E. When it pans out your share price will quadruple overnight.Stop yer moaning and get on with it! | gusto01
23/3/2022 11:15 | No one has yet explained why I3E couldn't get a JV with a major, mid tier or even junior O&G, and instead could only find Oddie, and micro cap EOG... No reasonable reason why I3E couldn't fund this out of income, if they are earning so much? | currypasty
23/3/2022 11:13 | 4p on a no vote? 0.4p more like. I'll be out for a start... like a badger with it's ar$e on fire. | pretax2
23/3/2022 10:54 | Well it would certainly be a lot higher than the current market price. We all knew that Oddie would probably "waste" Wressle and that's exacty what he has done. The yes vote will no doubt prevail but I am keen to see the level of the no vote. Suet | suetballs
23/3/2022 10:53 | have you not seen the effects of placings abandoned and the mad panic for spivs to get their pre sold share back.. I can name plenty | currypasty
23/3/2022 10:44 | 4p if the deal doesnt go through? yeah right.... | theonewhoknows2
23/3/2022 10:35 | If this is turned down, there will be a mad scramble for spivs who have pre sold their placing shares to get them back.. Probably have to pay 4p Likewise, what will I3E shares do if this falls through? back to 10p? | currypasty
23/3/2022 10:20 | enfranglais The vote won't be rigged IMV. Some years ago I was with Sacoil and there was an important vote on a FO drill that went against the BoD. Yes it would have caused dilution, but what investors didn't realise was the precarious situation the company was in. When the no vote happened, the director resigned and the company went straight down the tubes. I hope that a yes vote will be returned; is what I voted for. After all, if EOG isn't for producing oil and gas, what is it for? GLA | pretax2

22/3/2022 20:34 | We live in a democracy & though i expect the vote will be rigged by our incompetent management & the lack of any adequate regulation of markets & brokers, who should be obliged to contact all shareholders & always give them the chance to vote, rather than having to fight for that right!!!! I expect the yes vote to win, as we have no large dissenting shareholder, unlike HUR, where after a court case, most of the directors resigned!! In saying we have the chance to sell, well, long term holders may well do on the next spike & leave the disaster of rounds of dilution to the yes voters, spivs & incompetent directors!!! | enfranglais
22/3/2022 11:32 | I voted YES ! Bring on serenity | jungmana
22/3/2022 11:02 | Voted No - I am against existing shareholder dilution on a gamble drill when we all ready have a money spinner in Wressle. If farm in's are so great why haven't Europa had a tide of companies queueing up to participate in our Ireland and Morocco licences. | volkswag
22/3/2022 10:12 | Wressle is unlikely to produce more than 800 to 850 bopd while the gas issue remains unresolved. This is because a 10 metric tonne daily limit on the amount of gas that can be produced and flared has been put in place by the Environment Agency. With a gas to oil ratio of about 550 cu. ft per barrel (this is based on previous Egdon RNSs) and the likely density of the gas (presumably mostly methane), the upper limit is about 850 bopd. Our share would therefore be 30% x 850 bopd at best, or about 255 bopd net from Wressle alone. At least the $114 Brent oil price is on our side, if only temporarily, while the gas issue hopefully gets resolved. | greypanther2

22/3/2022 09:07 | Yesterday was the last day to submit your vote through your nominee holding for EOG Friday meeting.I have voted FOR.Below is the nominee's reply. If you have submitted a voting request please treat this message as confirmation that your instruction has been received and will be cast in advance of the meeting.Thank you for your enquiry and please accept my apologies for the delayed response. If you have any other questions, please let us know.Kind regards C KCorporate Actions(5 days needed)Management already got the big holders onboard. From experience, the BoD more likely than not get their way & some of the disgruntled have already sold out and been replaced by people who look forward to the drill and voted FOR.Here is a list of the big yes voters, (please exclude stockbrokers).hTTps: | goodday1
21/3/2022 17:46 | As CW Ahlefeldt-Laurvig, the only director with any substantial shareholding has hardly taken up more than a minimal amount in the placing & has been diluted to a Bo Kroll like figure, so he has shown no confidence in the GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!! The Directors holdings are insignificant, so it comes down to how many shareholders vote & the opinions of the biggies!!!! As we have not heard from any of the larger holders, we have to assume that they were consulted & agreed with the gamble?!!! Why anyone would want to give away 40% of Wressle for an out & out gamble & putting most of the Company`s future in the hands of i3e decision makers & their priorities!!!!!!!! All my shares now VOTE NO after wiping Barclays r`se as usual!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais |
