Back to EOG - disappointed with the initial response to the good news but expect the bottom hoovers were happy with their normal 10 - 20% & got out, looking for the next target!!

Many thanks. Some of those responsible will certainly be facing criminal charges in due course. It is even more unbelievable that POL don't seem to realise this and have not even reported the individuals concerned to the police yet. Right now they are hiding behind the fact that the cases of the convicted are still with the Criminal Case Review Commission. Once they have returned the convictions to the appeal court then the real crimes will be exposed.

Unbelievable that the Post Office thought that they could get away with this form of behaviour. Pity that those responsible will probably never have to face individual justice. Happy to have signed the petition.

Over the years some of you may have appreciated the time and effort I put in to researching the background to some of EOG's 'opportunities'. I know I have been quiet of late but I have been up to my eyes in campaigning for justice for the subpostmasters (I once was one) affected by the Horizon scandal. My work is not done. The claimants may have won the court case but they will not receive back as much as Post Office took from them because of legal fees. I would really really appreciate it if you could spare the time to sign this online petition as my fight continues to ensure that the justice that has been done is fully paid for.

What a turnaround, as soon as Hughie leaves (and not long after a forced sale of my portfolio) the share price reverses and Wressle at least finally comes good!!! I should have nailed those shares to the bottom drawer. You couldn't make it up, would make a good Hollywood film I think with all the characters involved!

Well that's AIM for you sell on good news and sell on bad news. Only way to make money is to buy on a hunch when there is no news at all.

I bought a lot on the way down for the share price and I will sell as it rises. I think the positive from today is that EOG is fundamentally secure now going forward. Strategy needs to be reconsidered I think. With low Admin costs and enough on the plate as it is I think delving into uncharted waters of investing in near production assets may be stretching things unnecessarily. Consolidate the assets. Inishkea (no-one talking about Porcupine anymore sadly) and develop Morocco.

EOG has a similar mkt cap to EDR hence you would not expect it to be that higher a rise?
Just goes to show what "confetti Hugh" has done to the company.
Here's hoping of course, it will rise to 3p plus next week and then with Inishkea FO, maybe 6p plus?

Congratulation Jus & expect there will be a few thinking "not such a bad idea that"!!!!!!!!!
Very disappointing reaction to the news, especially as all costs are awarded & you would have thought Europa`s rise would be larger than Egdon`s, as the percentage holdings are the same but it is percentage wise more important to EOG!!!!!!!
Oh well, perhaps it will creep up as news is released over time & no reason for a slide back!!!!!!!
