06/6/2019 13:54 | No it has been declared a tight well so no declaration (that from Hugh) Edgeworth site survey | jusmasel99
06/6/2019 11:12 | Druid/Drombeg spudded 12.07.17, result from Druid 4/9/17 and result from deeper (Cretaceous) Drombeg 1/9/17. Not sure how deep Iolar is. Trouble with these majors is they don't say much, but I suppose they will announce it if they strike an elephant! | rogerlin
06/6/2019 10:09 | A farm in to these two prospects would carry an up front payment of £2m in back costs so yes I would now presume that the potential farm in ee(S) are most likely Exxon and/or CNOOC. They are keeping the results of Iolar 'tight' so only they will know whether the farm in will be worthwhile or not. Inishkea is a completely different prospect and maybe too much of a distraction for Exxon. I suppose we don't have long to wait now - end of August? | jusmasel99
05/6/2019 16:23 | In the recent interim update it said a positive result at Iolar would de-risk Kiely East and Edgeworth. Some of the other prospects are different plays, so maybe not all dependent on Iolar result. But that Iolar is drilling is itself very positive, if CNOOC and Exon couldn't get permits sorted that would not have been good at all. | rogerlin
05/6/2019 12:06 | So its unlikely we will hear anything until Lolar results. | guesswhosback2
05/6/2019 11:57 | Bloody slow confirming the farm in deal? | gunsofmarscapone
04/6/2019 08:21 | someone proven to spit rubbish neithr 2p nor 1.5p as monkeys says | rumobejo
03/6/2019 16:10 | More hints on Inishkea. A mate suggested reviewing both CNOOC Site Survey application and EOGs. A duplicate apart from the area covered (well actually in parts they overlap) and CNOOCs is looking at Corrib Well Head structure as well. If the farm in potential partner was CNOOC a lot of this duplication would make sense plus waiting for the results of Iolar. | jusmasel99
03/6/2019 13:52 | The many previous deals to come hints on Iniskea farmouts in last 2 years. Hope his deal holds up this time as we all know how slow and frustrating farmout talks can be. | hermana3
03/6/2019 13:46 | Can I entice an example from you where he has 'dropped the ball' ? Only one I can think of is the 8 barrels one | jusmasel99
03/6/2019 12:55 | Jus, Very unusual to commit to doing a site survey before getting a partner onboard. Can we commit trusting our old Hughie not to "drop the ball" once again? | hermana3
03/6/2019 12:22 | By the way - EID will either be tomorrow or Wednesday so things should start moving in Morocco thereafter .. | jusmasel99
03/6/2019 12:20 | Ok Hermana - If you were MD Of EOG could you tell me why you have just committed to spending a considerable amount on a site survey of Inishkea if you were not extremely confident that you were going to get a farm in? Remembering of course that he knows a lot more about this than any of us. | jusmasel99
03/6/2019 11:56 | Well where is the Inishkea farmout then? Still "Doing a Hughie" here I see..... | hermana3
03/6/2019 11:17 | With positive comments being made by the Irish government, it's now looking good for EOG shareholders. | adnatrob
03/6/2019 10:50 | You do wonder about some people's motives for posting. The negative slant this morning would suggest either someone's shorting or trying to fill a buy order lower down. If gas / electricity prices are falling this will surely impact the feasibility of alternative power schemes such as wave and wind, so such a negative albeit potentially temporary has a positive angle for Corrib long term. I look forward to the return of constructive comments both negative and positive being aired once again on the EOG forum. | volkswag
03/6/2019 10:48 | The share price is down because the Oil Price tanked .. if you follow this stock as much as I do you would clearly see the correlation between OP movements and trades. | jusmasel99
03/6/2019 10:28 | hmm, 500k dump early morning, some really have their ways to trash others here | rumobejo
03/6/2019 09:44 | It will even hit new lows of 1.5 you really dont know what i know with regards to the licences thats all im saying bye | aladin1033
03/6/2019 09:43 | What did i say? Tanking | aladin1033
03/6/2019 09:42 | again, shut up, mm like to scare many with NT to sell even the smallest, whilst not offering many shares to buy, no way this is going 2p, in your dreams | rumobejo
03/6/2019 09:31 | Maybe even 2p | aladin1033
03/6/2019 09:16 | shut up, and if it goes back to 2.4p mm won't have many shares to let many in, will double my holdings if that happen | rumobejo
03/6/2019 09:14 | Sorry but its gling back to 2.40 | aladin1033
03/6/2019 09:14 | Sorry but its gling back to 2.49 | aladin1033 |
