21/2/2005 17:14 | In 2000 there was a very major leak in the Baia plant area which apparently lead to major contamination of the local river. I understand that legal proceedings were threatened but I'm not sure if the matter was cleared up fully? Hopefully it's a non-issue now with 4 years having past since then. Nice to see EUG rise on the back of the OXS deal. BT's influence and advice cammn only be a good thing IMO. | thescoop

20/2/2005 08:19 | Reading the annual report of EUG, it seems to me that this company is in a mess. It doesnt make a profit at the moment. IMO....the quicker Oxus get in there and sort the mess out the better. | cezary
19/2/2005 21:50 | IC has a small piece on Eurogold in their 11 Feb edition p62. Conclusion was "Capex this year could be $4M. Eurogold may be a little known gem. Good value." Now that Oxus has taken a stake this makes it more interesting. Not in yet but will closely monitor this one, I think. | xenawarriorprincess
19/2/2005 19:29 | I think whats happened here is that Oxus have been approached by RAB to cowork with Eurogold to enhance their production facilities in Romania. Oxus for their efforts have been awarded 30million shares or 17.2% of the company. Expect a tickup soon. | cezary
18/2/2005 19:07 | I see oxus have bought 14 per cent of the company off rab today at a price of 9p. Looks promising. | clemo69

20/9/2004 23:33 | sorry mate... bit late to respond. Yep bought a small holding (15k) on thursday slightly prior to close of business. Slightly gutted as wanted to buy a few days prior which would have worked out somewhat cheaper. So what dya think of the stock. Increases on low levels of trading shows good signs for a stock which as yet is likely to not be known by many traders and hence maybe potentially undervalued? | shiningstar
