29/4/2008 20:19 | EUM need a NOMAD to advise them on concluding the deal in the best interests of UK shareholders - surely that's the point? | donaferentes
29/4/2008 16:30 | Anyone know when the deal will be completed? I wouldnt expect EUM to return from suspension until the process is complete. | chrismisson555
28/4/2008 20:01 | Thanks, UKG. Sounds good and I like the share price on TSX showing at 94cents = ~48p - so we seem to be off last Friday's floor of 42.5p at suspension. Why is it taking so long to appoint a new NOMAD for EUM on LSE, so they can be re-admitted? This still remains somewhat unnerving to me. | donaferentes
26/4/2008 21:38 | UKG - thanks. Do you have a link to where you read this? Pleased to see share price on Toronto exchange has not slipped below AIM suspension price of ~42.5p and is now rising. | donaferentes
26/4/2008 09:33 | the results for the second land package were out yesterday very good 8million gold oz equivalent. nice to see epm moving up in canada $.9 now its a start. im hopingby by the time eum on aim is open again we are passed $1. time will tell | ukgeorge
24/4/2008 10:17 | Can/will a leopard change its spots? There will be no point lero management selling out eum for anything less than a 3 bagger,if anyone including themselves wants to gain from it.The positive point is that whatever they do,it will be done on an aggressive and highly productive timescale-i am looking fowards to whatever they have to offer-all in all a very exciting prospect that is highly unlikely to go to the dogs | strow
24/4/2008 09:54 | New company becomes a tasty morsel for Kazakhmys - not a wish but potential outcome. | ukdavec
23/4/2008 21:51 | George as a ORI holder i fully agree with your first para,These guys are competent but work to their own agenda not ours. | sg31
23/4/2008 20:24 | i liked the presentaition, and having been an oriel holder do think the management will get on with things and build a decent company. I do however fear that when everything looks as though it is all coming together, a russian will come in and buy the whole company outright. i hope the share price picks up short term and think it will after the deal is complete. the new management also are confident of their abilities to bring the mine up to full production and even buy up a couple of other companies. a forward looking statement by me is that if the mine has $200-250 million in free cash flow we can start these other projects up with no debt hedge with or without goldfields if need be. we can also buy a few other juniors before they get expensive. i hope this turns into a yamana gold but of the fsu countries another forward looking statement is that 99% of people who work in the banking industry are idiots and deserve to loose their jobs, especially the ones who work for hedgefunds and have shorted gold juniors. Also the short sighted bankers who firstly imposed the hedge requirment on eum and then wouldn't lend them more money. | ukgeorge
23/4/2008 19:02 | Anyone notice that goldfields are hoping for 20m oz?30% of that is more than eums current resources! | strow
23/4/2008 18:25 | Thanks ukdavec. Not a particularly overwhelming presentation, even allowing for the obvious minor language/style barrier - low key and a few details skated over (warrants, what EUM needs to fix production issues finally, e.g.) but all sounded good future stuff. Still difficult to get a handle on how much of EUM's $250m pa free cashflow will be absorbed by Lero's prospects coming on stream. Although he was quite bullish about being into production within 3 years. Will the whole be > or < than the sum of the parts on a discounted cashflow and asset resource basis = share price within my life time? | donaferentes
23/4/2008 17:14 | Warrants taking a big hit today! | chrismisson555
23/4/2008 16:53 | Thanks ukdavec | strow
23/4/2008 15:59 | A stable share price so far now thats unusal | chrismisson555
23/4/2008 15:35 | Minesite Lero presentation is viewable now. | ukdavec
23/4/2008 14:49 | Do i detect a hint of cynicism there? | strow
23/4/2008 13:03 | Andash would be a perfect target, the similarities are sticking. Aside from the geographic closeness, both AUR and EUM are having endless problems and delays always reaching for full ramp-up and never making it. Plus we are both currently suspended on AIM! | p bear
23/4/2008 10:29 | Two projects that look to me to be obvious targets for orsu when it forms are andash as per aur and even a bid for kys if they are feeling really cheeky | strow
23/4/2008 10:27 | Uk george-results are excellent imo-particularly as they only constitute 5% of the 100% owned project-the penny still hasnt dropped-it will Im really looking fowards to that minesite presentation-wish theyd get a move on with it-the suspense is killing! | strow
23/4/2008 10:19 | well from what ive read on stockhouse, the results from lero are pretty good seems there is quite a lot of Cu and Au in the first land package, that lero have released results on. as one of the guys in lero is the ex head of exploration from gold fields it would figure that he would manage to pick a couple of decent mining licenses out. i bet they dont wait as long as eum have done for their assay results either. | ukgeorge
22/4/2008 21:12 | I tried a short while ago using their normal format,nothing doing,i think it normally takes a couple of days. | sg31
22/4/2008 21:03 | minesite seem to be saying registration will open shortly?? - so nothing posted re today's 9.00am meeting on their website I could see. They do seem very bullish about Lero and its management. So there is some hope. Anyone know how to access the forum report on line? | donaferentes
22/4/2008 19:39 | did anyone make it to minesite today,if so you comments would be appreciated. | sg31
22/4/2008 10:19 | Thats advertising not analysis. | sg31 |
