Never once said TSI would take over KOD or Birimian but said their assets would be used in the final deal.TSI still here but how much longer for KOD?.As lenny boy said its a very complicated deal

Ex,

He used to post the same jibberish about TSI taking over the assets of Birimian and Kodal even though those two had JORC reserves and TSI had lithium traces in soil! I kid you not. TSI has ended up giving those away for a few shares in another company. That you couldn't really make up. Adenia definitely didn't see that one coming, so don't expect him to have a clue about EUA.

Ed.

The Russians handed over Botswana as part of the deal. Norlisk in court of arbitration in ' london' for compensation..Eua wont be seeing any value for Russian assets as the swap is already underway.Handed over 25% of holding for motivational purposes. You couldnt make it up

Edge - totally agree that people are going to regret not buying shares whilst they're so cheap. Once the Sinosteel payment arrives the share price will be much higher

I am finding today refreshingly different. Not the expected usual spike on opening followed by the usual selloff in the afternoon. Today we had an initial tickup followed by a slow digestion of the true meaning of the RNS and what it could mean for shareholders. The news is seeping out to the wider market and she is responding.

I don't think we'll merge. The Chinese owners of Lesego want a stake in EUA and the CEO of Lesego looks like the ideal person to take the EUA forward - he spent 5 years as CEO of Russia's largest gold miner

CC,

Definitely, its going to be the game changer. I wonder if the ploy is to merge with the South Africans after that cash payment comes in and then sell the whole lot off to one of the mighty Russian miners, NorNickel or Russian platinum. That first tranche is over twice the current market cap! We'll probably be kicking ourselves then too for not adding more at the bottom.

Ed.

MT will be given away for nothing. The holding company has been liquidated already.Share swaps are definitely in Vogue

I would be good if MT Is sold at a very good price, pays the shareholders a 5p Russian tax freedividend , and the rest is used to increase the job opportunities for our geologists and growth opportunities for the company

I wonder what is afoot with the MM's. Historically, 3 of the 4 MMs has a 0.05p spread so you would virtually never see a wider best spread.

Ed - I would expect to see some site clearance and preparation for the mine in the not too distant future but what's probably more important is the cash landing in EUA's bank account because that is the event which will trigger the mad stampede of bewildered latecomers muttering words like 'How on earth did we miss this opportunity'? By that time the shares will be north of 5p.
