16/9/2019 11:19 | What does DS get out of this deal? | excellance
16/9/2019 10:50 | Note: Palladium is currently £1,300 oz. MT current resource estimate is 2,000,000 ozs so thats 80% of £2billion that belongs to EUA and its shareholders plus the tens of thousands of tons of copper and nickel. Patience and accumulate while you can cos there’s some major interest considering an offer IMHO. Just wanted to remind folk of what’s being played for here and counter some of the deramping going on! 16/9/2019 10:25 | driver - agreed it is happening. Indeed, it has been happening for some time behind the scenes. Imho if it wasn't going to happen Alexei Churakov would not put his reputation on the line by being strategically associated with EUA. These people tend to get their timing right and if I am reading this correctly we will be hearing a lot more about this before long. | charles clore

16/9/2019 10:24 | As I've been saying for nearly two years, this is being packaged for sale, and now we can see the salesman. DS has given the new GS guy a lovely sweetener to motivate him to find a buyer, and he will...but he will want to maximise his profit, so he will develop WK and MT and manage all aspects over the next year or 18 months, until all systems are operating fully and PGMs are flowing freely. This is now ths most exciting opportunity on the aim. | excellance
16/9/2019 10:23 | Must admit I’m surprised by the responses from some of the LTH (expected the knockers to come out with their usual red herrings). To recap, starting with the side show: changing the resource status of the current resource at West Kytlim, alongside increasing the overall resource with the flanks so thereby extending the mine life is all good. As is taking on 100% of income from 2020 and giving the subcontractor the heave-ho. Let’s see how much is earned this year but whatever it is will only be 35% (and probably much less) of next year’s take and a fraction of EUA’s earnings for the next 20 years. But to the main event: Confirmed we’re to receive imminently the $26.5m from Sinosteel, as per the contract signed in 2016, and which will fund the works EUA has agreed for site clearance and which will represent the contribution to the project. Yes, a sleight of hand that means SS effectively pays for everything without any share dilution for EUA. This confirmation of the arrangements now removes the area of supposed uncertainty (even though it was stated in the contract) that so many knockers have used to try undermining confidence on the chat boards. SA interest - I suspect a bigger game being played here and not with Lesego the main player. Churakov knows the big hitters in Russia, one on the doorstep. The progress with the SS contract plus the interest of Lesego, might well force another party’s hand. And all without further dilution... Churakov has been ‘paid’ with 70,144,046 shares in EUA worth approx £344K. Do you really think he took that in shares rather than cash if he didn’t see future value? As the RNS states, this certainly should ‘ensure Mr Churakov’s motivation’! And why should Suschov be so generous, giving away so many shares for a ‘nominal’ I may well not get the coconut at Xmas but if not, an interim share price of 5p and an October 2020 share price of 10p will make amends. Then again, maybe I will get the coconut.... Chin up, folks, cos this RNS really does warrant rereading! Cheers tC | thechinaman1
16/9/2019 10:22 | Assets are being transfered to the Chinese imo.EUA shareholders will get nothing imo. Will EUA become an investment shell when assets have been transfered? | aidenabettin
16/9/2019 10:20 | I believe that Sino steel have first refusal on MT Grades must be far lower that expected at WK because they stock piled before production and we were lead to believe that production was now more efficient :-( | cool hand kev
16/9/2019 10:20 | More news should be coming soon | book5
16/9/2019 10:10 | Chinaman I don't agree it's the best RNS in years but it's one of the best. 100% at WK is welcome but not unexpected when MT kicks in, why pay contractors when we can run it ourselves to have the contractors in to set us up was a good move but frustrated our profits and frustrated us the share holders. Great news on MT if anyone doubts MT is not going to happen think again, it's happening. | driver101
16/9/2019 10:09 | CC, This doesn't feel all that exciting, and the market seems to agree. In your words "a merger or takeover bid coming fast" hasn't seen that sort of reaction in the market, or perhaps the potential partners don't excite investors. Heaven-Sent Capital/Lesego doesn't feel like the type of operation to pay the sort of money many on here are looking for. Monchetundra is as yet a development project and West Kytlim is miles from its full potential. Much as I would like to see an early return, I would much rather have a very significantly higher return on a fully developed project. | mostyn

16/9/2019 10:04 | This James Nieuwenhuys seems like a big cheese. He was formerly CEO of Russia's largest gold miner, Polyus Gold | sclper
16/9/2019 09:58 | Imho this morning's RNS is strongly indicative of a merger or takeover bid coming fast. There has already been a lot of interest from Lesego who have before this date carried out due diligence on Monchetundra AND West Kytlym. To add to the urgency and excitement we now have Alexei Churakov, a former GS senior investment banker specialising in the mining sector. He arranged the detailed due diligence and multi-day site visits by James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Director of Lesego Platinum as part of the Lesego Platinum's evaluation of both Monchetundra and West Kytlim projects. This has all been going on in the background while people sold their EUA shares! Now they will be buying them back and more PIs and institutions will be looking at this imho. A nice opportunity to admit that production hasn't been great at WK this year but it's not all bad because EUA will be doing 100% mining next year, just as the reserves upgrade approval and flanks included in the resource. Couldn't have been timed better imho. Someone is using their noddle at last and it may well have been the new guy. I am looking forward to a steady upward trend in the share price from here onwards. Our day looks to be approaching. | charles clore

16/9/2019 09:49 | Every time they communicate with shareholders they manage to raise as many, if not more, questions than they answer. That in itself can be mildly depressing. | mostyn

16/9/2019 09:19 | Looks like Heaven-Sent Capital Fund owns Lesego. Modus operandi seems to be buy, develop, sell on. From their website: "Founded in 2006, Heaven-Sent Capital Management Group Co., Ltd (‘HSC’, Security Code: 833044) has identified itself as a comprehensive capital management group specialized in professional services of mergers & acquisitions (‘M&A̵ Doesn't have the same feel as a tie up with a mining major. Who would negotiate any deal. Eurasia management haven't covered themselves in glory so far, except perhaps in the deal with Sinosteel, which still looks exceptional. Maybe it was essential to have Mr. Churakov on board and well motivated. | mostyn
16/9/2019 09:12 | time to revise year end estimates I seem to remember a few negative comments on 0.8p prediction. | ekuuleus |
