Re:MT flankes:

“A 'Flanks' licence was finalised, to be submitted Rosnedra in September 2019”.

Ronesrdra is normally a bit slow, it may take some months to their answer. Hopefully company is optimistic we will get the the flankes extension

“A further statement on this application, including the quantum of already approved resources within the area to be applied for, will be made if an application is submitted.”

I understand This refers to resources in the flankes.

Here I Cant see anything else other than a 🚀

variable vs very variable.

Contractor is a percentage per production so is variable both on Pt/Pd price but also volume of production.

It does seem a fee per volume would give more upside to EUA but it also moves some risk from contractor to EUA. That said, that risk was already moved by changing the percentage from 35% to 30% when Pt price had gone down. That approach makes it a little more one sided in favour of the contractor.

Perhaps a fixed and variable formula would lead to a better risk sharing and better upside exposure to EUA. It would give a more stable formula where the percentage does not need changing so much depending on Pt price. Allowing a changing percent moves the risk back from the contractor to EUA.

At $800, contractor gets $520.

However, contractor has a lot of fixed costs - these are converted into variable costs in the contract so to mitigate risk, it has to be profitable based on the 100kg prediction and the price at the time, which I believe was closer to $650/oz.

Given the previous contractor result, it seems it was quite generous, but then, the risks were contractor side for the most part. Only risk to Eua is the general opex such as salaries and ongoing testing, development, jet setting, et al.

This does create a problem though. It's in the contractors interest to not do too well, as it weakens the negotiating position for the contractor and reduces profits in subsequent years as a result of that negotiation.

And if Pt goes above $1000, then hopefully we have a new better deal with WK contractor where his return per oz is capped, but not the return depending on production , so he/she is motivated to produce as much as possible
IMHO This has to be possible

Snowman,

Lets see if the subcontract money that we're due to get from Sinosteel makes a difference, perhaps then the market will know that MT is real. The reserves passed for WK will help too, as the saying goes two wash plants are better than one.

Book,

Yes Jeremy wants to appeal to all, for the many not the few! He's appealing to the Antifa's by wanting an economy that will rival the top socialist economies of the world such as Zimbabwe, Bolivia and the mighty Venezuela. He doesn't want to leave out those on the right too. I've not seen a legal political party so anti-Semitic since a small fella with a peculiarly tiny mustache took a tour of Europe on an armoured command train. That's why he also currently wants to Brexit and remain, that way he thinks everyone will vote for him, he may look like steptoesque little defenceless old man, but don't let that fool you.

Regards,
Ed.
