Sinosteel EPFC contract signed 2016. Mine licence runs to 2038. There were 22 years left when the deal was signed. Now only 17. 3 years to even build a plant.

Therefore...why have they not even started mining MT? The JORC there is 1.9m oz and in the remaining 14 years at 120k oz per annum they could not even mine that.

I mean...are you that blinkered? If they could mine it they would have mined it but they have not.

So what your saying is it’s literally all lies ? Despite the documented evidence that’s all fabricated ? This whole big elaborate plan just to make a couple million lol. The share price is turbulent yes because people want quick turn around. Everyone’s got this idea that EUA is going to make them rich over night get bored and sell we’ve seen it. But anyone invested in them in the long run are well aware that it might not be tomorrow or the day after but with every bit of news they release is a step forward to becoming a major player in the PGM market. Via sale or miner.

That's the thing, the worst case scenario over medium term isn't that bad at all. Of course they could mine it if they wished. 125Koz a year of PGM and other metals would make a very nice annual profit relative to current market cap. If prices fell back and other mines turned to a loss they would stop production and suddenly Kola looks even better value to be located in. Then there is the nickel, copper, the upcoming JORC on Nyud and potentially other areas where they have been mining these last 20 months (oops spoiler alert)You only have 20p gain left, bulls have much more to gain from here. Enjoy your moments in the sunshine before the clouds gather once more.

So PATT thinks this will drop back to 14.5p after the RNS despite the fact we know we have a JORC pending license pending WK interims pending and the confirmation of acquisition pending?
Well that is interesting and very funny given the news due, if this gets anywhere in the teens there will be a flurry of buying me included.
Here’s what I think will happen, PATT will spend most of his time telling everyone how much money he’s made in the meantime the price will rise and it will gradually dawn on him it’s time to close his sell probably at another loss given his stubborn refusal to see sense and go long.
It really is COMEDY GOLD I do enjoy occasionally popping in after a long day to see the new material dreamt up...next week 2p! LMFAO

Airline shares are flying today despite the sell off, as Boris prepares to meet president Harris tomorrow in NY.

I think the evergrande thing is blown out of proportion and today's move is more to do with cyclical moves and politics, investors selling certain sectors in favour of others. Precious metals under pressure.

The USA will raise the debt ceiling, and delay interest rate rises.

This share has as long as it needs, daft comment there about not having weeks. The Board not selling, long term large investors not selling, II slightly increasing. Bloomberg data fairly clear on where the sells have come from lately. The bigger players are hanging around for the sale despite what it said here, probably not that aware of it. So your comments are only causing smaller PI to sell, either at a profit or a loss depending on when they invested. All this nonsense about what the II are doing is pure guesswork at best without a shred of evidence. Which is, of course, how you bears operate.

Jubbers...as you may know I am long in a number of companies to the tune of hundreds of thousands. I am very positive.

I am also very positive the EUA is going only downwards. I admit that I did not see the BoD being able to put together such an amazing ramp to clear this most recent placing - and i expect a warrants RNS soon otherwise why give the warrants at 26.5p - and I admitted closing my sells at 25p odd when I had opened them at lower. I lost money on that. However, I opened new sells at 34.5p and have made far more than I lost earlier.

This share does not have weeks. At this rate it does not have many days before it hits the old lows of 14.5p. When you promise a sale of the company and do not deliver it then investors get tired of jam tomorrow when tomorrow never comes.

The share price today and tomorrow is only of relevance to traders looking to make a few quid whether long or spreadbetting. The company has given itself more ammunition as per the agm Q&A. Time to see what they do with it in the coming weeks. Then the announcement can be fairly appraised.

As is clear I prefer a positive outlook. Believe their is more to be made fromUpsides than downsides. Burry didn't pick on a small company on AIM for years on end relentless posting negativity about them. He went big on an idea and made big big money for those around him. How much money are you trying to make for those around you? Interesting comparison you made.

jubbers....this is the EUA Bear board. We are simply stating our case and it is up to the other PIs to decide if what we post has value. This is a balance to the ridiculous claims made on the main board.

The BoD can tick of whatever they like but until I see a DFS for MT and a published DFS for WK I remain firmly believing that the mere lack of those things, let alone all the other contradictions, mean EUA is grossly overvalued. The BoD have done the best thing for the company in raising the money this week. It is just that it is at the cost of the PI's.

Zero impact on other investors - don't kid yourself. The negative posts are clearly designed to see every investor lose some value from their holding. Nice to see you quick to throw some mud again. Old habits etc. As the company tick things off their list you will run out of slurs, I guess that is when you close the sells and go silent once more.

jubbers....you seem to lack some understanding. When I open a sell, because I cannot short as you know, I am betting against the investors who are betting the share price is going to rise - the buys. This has zero impact on the other investors and the company. It does not impact their business, cash flow or plan. Spreadex merely keep a market.

In a quick answer to yout list:
Nomad....one of the worst in the City and accepting EUA money
BoD...being paid royally for delivering nothing
UBS...will open your car boot if you pay their fees

Oh yes...they are genuine. But only in being happy to be paid.

Sometimes you really show your lack of sophistication.
