Wins still controlling the price as they work the remaining stock from their seller (presumably the large pi holding - circa 17-20mln or so)

Once WINS switch to the bid we might see the share price re-price to high 30s/40s in anticipation of a deal announcement

If a deal is announced the price will rise to just below the deal price, and stay there.It won't plummet as people sell off as other people know exactly what the shares are worth (and there are plenty of big hitters who will be happy to buy based on the small % between the deal price and where the share price is).If I new, higher bid, comes in after the initial deal is announced then the fun and games begin - but looking at the way this FSP has gone i doubt this will happen.

Forgive if this is a stupid question but I only started buying shares the middle of last year, starting with GGP and now EUA, with a few others on the side. But should the price ‘rocket’, would the idea be to sell immediately, or would the rapid offload cause the price to plummet?

If the rumour is true about the deal being announced on Thursday it means the deal is probably for Monchetundra alone with West Kytlin being retained.. If the whole company was being sold it would have to be voted in by shareholders I believe. So if true we are probably in for a very nice special dividend.

You should only put champagne in to chill a couple of hours before you drink it otherwise it chills the flavour out of it... I'm fed up of getting up at 5am then taking mine out at 7.10 every morning for the past 6 months!

He's got an interesting posting history, quite a bit of detail & calls out Rowka as an EUA employee who got found out. Obviously a big pinch of salt but I'm not dismissing it out of hand. An Bioprogress insider on here a number of years ago saved me losing an awful lot of money. Anyway we'll know in less than 36hrs.
