He knows nothing just like everyone else on here. Like others he is just guessing a date. My guess is no news until Easter time. By then only the loyal long term holders will remain. Its certainly will be one of the longest FSP 's ever !

Indeed - the ACF report last year was produced as a guide for buyers imo and was pre-Flanks approval (there was a discount applied in the valuation as a result)

that was 57p...so a conservative 70-80p imo for fair value of the in situ assets

Report link for those new here - page 12 for valuation. MT had a 30% WACC applied pre Flanks approval, compared to just 10% for WK:

I still hold 3.2 million shares. My wife still holds 1 million shares. No go away and worry about your own holdings !. Yes we have sold some recently yo finance a house purchase but our above holdings will remain until the end game. By the way I dont read every post. But why should I care what you think. Good opportunity to top up !!!!.

Those that are here for the end game do not care about the daily fluctuations in the share price. The volume of shares traded is very small with very few large purchases. Im looking at around Easter for the big news. Then we will see the real value here. Hopefully higher than the current 28/30p range !
