I took half off the table to buy a house at a time when I was renting and the opportunity presented itself but I'll tell you something, I would not sell the other half of my holding. There is a lot more to come from this imho.

Thanks for the response.Theres an old saying though, something is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.The other croteria is ;if this machine was belting out annual profits quite substantialThen it's more attractive with out question. Here, your buying a ming plot with a licence that has only made a million or so .Sorry to be negative but a like many have a lot at risk here!

Positive for pt usually means negative for pd historically, however, pd does have a lot more industrial uses these days and in the future too due to the green revolution.

WK looks fantastic at these pt prices as production expands exponentially over the next few years.

using the Sibanye valuation when sold a few years ago...and an in-situ discount of 15-17% would imply, using Flanks extension news + those reserves previously confirmed comes to around a 80-95p...which was iirc a Pd price of $2000

Think we still have a large sell being cleared at this level

I must admit that it is strange the share price is hivering around 30p. If this were to be sold lock stock and barrell, then that equates to 800,000 000 to 850,000,000 mil does'nt it.Mmmm. How far away is that from how the assets are at value still in the ground.Any miners here?

I'm still suspecting the large pi sell announced recently is being worked, on top of regular trading

given it was a 6-fig investment at 0.6p but not 1% it puts it in the 16.7-27mln range....there hasn't been a large 'clearance' trade pop up and the 250/500k are more likely to be traders
