more than six months on and its just more of the same, isn't it? 1st July 2020: "In recent months, Eurasia has received a number of inbound expressions of interest from multiple parties interested in acquiring all of or a stake in its assets." this morning: "have engaged with a wide range of parties, and have to date received non-binding offers" the inbound expressions of interest have been turned into 'non-binding offers'. But what EUA still does not have is a real offer to put to shareholders. We are not told in this statement if a real offer has been received, anyone observing the takeovers at other stocks will know that it doesn't take over six months to convert enquiry into offer. I wouldn't be surprised if next couple of weeks we get another rns saying formal offer now recieved and being considered which then results in others quickly submitting their offers in. Sp should rerate to these offers. Exciting times

IMHO, the RNS for the approval which can come at any time, is now the green light for the bids. When that RNS lands the price will rocket as it's now in black and white that it's the catalyst, so, do you sell today hoping the price drops, pay 30 odd pence now or 50+ pence when it lands. Decisions decisions...

There is no indication of price, but it does tell us that several offers have been tabled, and talks are continuing albeit delayed by circumstances, so it's up to our board to decide whether and which to take... Exciting times we are in!

Now russian holidays are done shouldn't be too long for a flurry of activity and bidders potentially upping figures to ensure they secure and not competitors. And sending formal offers.
