One interpretation of today's RNSEurasia Mining, the company with $hit loads of precious metal reserves and other resources, is pleased to provide all stakeholders an update on the FSP.Since the launch of the FSP on the 1st July 2020, we've been inundated with interest from multiple big players who are after our consolidated assets. From the outset, we approached this process from a position of strength and as a result we've had offer after offer of biblical proportions pouring in! Don't worry though, we have an excellent team as well as UBS & DLA Piper sorting out a deal which is in the best interest of those holding golden tickets. Every morning, Dmitry & the rest of the BOD are overjoyed calculating their fortunes once the dotted line is signed.We would have expected to have it all wrapped up by now, but due to the unprecedented offers pouring in, we had to spend good time analysing the merits of each. We've had the winning bid and are now moving forward, but this damn pandemic will not let us travel as freely as we'd like to get the signatures & important face to face meetings sorted. We're getting there though!O and as for the DFS we expected to get in December. Well the joyous Christmas holiday period got to us all. The Russian's are still hungover but Vladimir has assured me it's signed and in the post 1st class. We'll be releasing it soon and believe us, it's massive!We can't say much more at this time. The transaction is pretty much done and dusted. Only thing that will stop a transaction taking place is WW3 or Armageddon so if these events do occur then we can't guarantee a sale.Nearly there folks :)A further announcement will be made sooner then you think. I topped up today by £3,000. 9,620 or 9,610 shares (I'd have to log on to III to check which). This takes me to 400,100 shares. I'd love this to go over £1. That would be detached house territory for me. Holding with anticipation.

Who was this RNS really for....it wasn't for day traders, people wanting to make a quick buck, institutions or blackrock! it was for us LTH as they understood it had been a while since an update and what to give us something. It makes no real difference to us in it for the end game if the price dips, is static or slowly goes up. It's more about peace of mind and knowing it's all still on!

In a way the share price reaction is logical.Those in for the end game sit on their hands and traders know that after todays rns a sale will take another a few weeks. So traders will trade sell/buy ....But in two or three week time the situation will be different with a sale rns possible any day.

Looks like multiple parties, a complex sale hence the time it is taking along with external factors - Covid etc. Only points to a big sale price?
