Morning. As good an RNS as the bod could release. I do like the reminders of what goodies we have esp the rhodium and iridium. Also like UBS’s confirmation that it represents EUA’s interests and EUA only in the FSP. Complexity = good for me. The caveat re no guarantee serves both the regulatory function and as a reminder EUA could mine itself (so best make the deal an attractive one!).

GLAH, stay safe, and watch for continued shenanigans by MMs as they seek more shares for IIs.

Remember the Takeover Panel are involved here. They have to be satisfied that the sale process is real & progressing positively. UBS are part of this sale process & would not be party to misleading the Panel. There's no way that the FSP can continue if this is not real & moving in the right direction. I take the RNS as very good news.

Clever too. Within the FSP its totally confidential, so no other bidder is given information about anyone else's interest. By having the RNS today and mentioning bidderS plural it may just galvanise more urgency and deeper pockets from those in the race.
