Missed the dip this morning. Was hoping to add a few more if it dropped to 29 but I decided to go back to bed.

I had a session in my gym yesterday, first session on weights in over a year, and I'm aching all over...

On a low carb diet too, so loads of meat and green veg, no biscuits or cake tho.

Lose 4kg and get fighting fit again is my lockdown goal...and I spent half of day 2 in bed.

spread tight around the 30p mid (29.85 - 30.125p) so buyers and sellers appear content and unable to move the share price from here.

What I think frustrates people is the volume and buy and sells don't warrant the drop yesterday and today.That then indicates it's being manipulated which believe it or not is a very good sign, enjoy your day peeps.
