I think deal done and at least 2 weeks into drawing up contract. Lawyers will be v expensive so all partys will want this wrapped up. Obviously a complex contract

They could of put that RNS at any time over the previous period, Can't help think they were advices to do it then, I would guess the price would be well into the 40s now. Oh well we will find out soon enough.
