22/11/2019 11:55 | The thing with this is, and unlike a load of other companies on AIM we have something tangible to base our calculations of how much EUA (or bits of it) might be worth if sold. Discussions can take place as to whether we use 2MOz, 15MOz or 40MOz in the calculation or if 7.5% of assets in the ground is reasonable. But the calculation itself is pretty straightforward..... | upthepool
22/11/2019 11:55 | I hope DS drops some more hints - otherwise it's going to be a waste of time! | pennstreet
22/11/2019 11:54 | Not sure if this may already have been posted as I don't follow the boards every day. Its from the recent Metal Investors Forum held in Vancouver. The final session was moderated by Gwen Preston (whom I admire as a resources investment professional and commentator). The conference mainly focused on gold but the most relevant part for me was her question to the expert panel on which metal, apart from gold, they favoured for 2020. The general consensus was platinum and palladium. It starts at 4 minutes and runs to 9 minutes. I particularly liked John Kaiser's point about a continuing palladium supply shortfall over the next few years and Gwen Preston's summing up that the most interesting deposits were those that have both platinum and palladium. | robertjbeck
22/11/2019 11:53 | I'd like the price a lot higher before suspension | pennstreet
22/11/2019 11:53 | Upthepool, don't forget that we only own 80% of MT.... And also we have to deduct the banks' sale commission, which I am assuming will be 5%... So knock 25% total off any gross figures for MT... Still an eye watering potential target SP!NAI DYOR etc | cyberbub
22/11/2019 11:51 | maybe trading will get suspended pending an rns on monday? | excellance
22/11/2019 11:50 | UpThePool: That would do nicely :-) just waiting on the approval of 15Moz Company said sale of two projects so those Calcs don't include WK | cool hand kev
22/11/2019 11:49 | Zak waiting for approval from nomad to release | jammydodger1
22/11/2019 11:45 | UTP - I would even settle for 50p and a NSR! | charles clore
22/11/2019 11:42 | so CS wasnt joling when he said MY was a company maker, our best asset | excellance
22/11/2019 11:36 | Ok CC I'll do the maths based on the figures in the last few posts on here. 15MOz $1800 per Oz 7.5% of assets in ground $1.29 / £ Gives company value of £1,570 million Or a share price of 59.2p Blimey..... | upthepool
22/11/2019 11:30 | my take is that the mm's may try to create volatility in order to shake our shares away from us, and straight into the hands of the sharks circling beneath us. If you are daft enough to sell at this point then you won't be able to get back in anywhere near the same sp, and any volatility today will be pure charades. there is the possibility that DS wants to tell us something that we'll be talking about all weekend, and who says there wont be an RNS to back it up? | excellance
22/11/2019 11:24 | He could elaborate what's already known in RNS which would be new to us but perceived as old from RNS point of view e.g how the 2 banks are progressing with the potential sale. | mick1909
22/11/2019 11:21 | Will the mms attempt another smash and grab when the interview is going on to make it appear a mass sell off..........really hoped for an Rns. I really dnt want to hear the same old info which is already known. As he willNot say anything new which is price sensitive | jammydodger1
22/11/2019 11:18 | I make it a bit more than 21p. From what I have been hearing the going rate for below ground PGM assets varies between 5% and 10% of above ground value depending on exttraction costs. Seeing as EUA's costs will be low due to shallow deposits and minimal overburden, I would place the assets at a conservative 7.5% of above-ground. Someone can do the maths. | charles clore
22/11/2019 11:16 | mostyn I agree I was only stating a low ball park, just answering another poster. We could see double that figure or more. | driver101
22/11/2019 11:14 | well, i dunno what private investors are hoping for in this interview, considering no rns, so there cant be any new information, just restating the same stuff really, what else can he do? | excellance
22/11/2019 11:13 | Always trust your research and that of others. I didn’t buy into ASOS at 45p because they had risen from 5p They went to £70 can’t win them all. | driver101
22/11/2019 11:13 | driver101, Your values may be enhanced by a scarcity value, as there are likely to be very few Palladium projects of this potential size, and state of readiness, around. Eurasia are ready to go, both in terms of finance and permitting, which is another attraction. For an acquirer they can do it their way which must also be an attraction. | mostyn
22/11/2019 11:10 | bb Yes updated. | driver101
22/11/2019 11:07 | did you mean 21p? | bbtablet
22/11/2019 11:07 | SP creeping up Higher Lows :-) | cool hand kev
22/11/2019 11:06 | He will state on going talks with major players. Anything more would require an rns | juwymojo786 |
