Eusp ticked all those boxes, it is really disappointing that so-called investors like Giles Hargreaves rolled over to this ludicrously cheap bid. As with katie Potts I can only assume some junior signed the irrevocable. It's no wonder we have no big tech companies in the uk if we let great businesses like this go to overseas bidders!

The AGM is on 30 May, I hope the investors who have backed this low ball bid attend and find out what the recurring revenue on the new offering has reached ....my guess is south of £1m. The individuals who signed these irrevocables are not fit to call themselves investors.

I still don't get why seemingly intelligent investors such as Katie Potts, Giles Hargreaves, Hugh seargent, David Stevenson would back and believe management for 4 years to build this powerful platform, then just when it is beginning to deliver in spades rollover for such a small premium, none of them will have made any money.

It is a sad day to see a shareholder such as Herald Investment Trust supporting this, I mistakenly thought they were long term investors who would fight tooth and nail to get shareholder value. It has been a long road to get to this point and to rollover at an inflexion point is poor.

It's a microcap, so that's pretty self-evident! EUSP as such is suitable for those with patience. And patience is key to multibaggers from small caps. Assuming the company continues to prosper then investors will be able to sell easily at key points after results and contract RNS's. As always, portfolio diversification and spreading of risk is key.

The borrowings are simply convertibles (at 10% interest). Essentially they're only redeemable by EUSP in another 18 months or so unless earlier at its option, or by the holders into shares at minimum 11.7p per share.

Given the prospects it's likely that holders will convert into shares, but probably not until the last minute given the interest they're receiving. As EUSP's £1m or so cash pile increases they may ponder whether to redeem some of the convertibles early and save on interest payable.

Ah Rivaldo. Profit is vanity, cash flow sanity as ever. They stuck a load of staff on a cash consuming R n D project, which they capexed in H2. So your numbers may be right for profit (irrelevant to intelligent investors) but the cash flow tells a completely different story. And so, mug punters are sucked in. It should be illegal IMVHO. You don't ever seem to look past the P&L - much to your very public exposed cost! Time and time again!

Nevertheless EUSP looks OK to me. Just that IMO priced about right here.

Good to see a quality investor like MG saying on Sunday he's taken a position in EUSP representing 4.1% of his portfolio:

"6/n EUSP (4.1%) -Rebought end March 2019 up 0%. Feel the price at this level offers good risk/reward. For £6.7m mcap you have: possible inflection point? Profitable, sticky rev has been growing consistently 70% recurring, part of framework agreements. CEO founder holds sig amount"

topvest - yes I don't think they will make meaningful profits this year or next year. It is all about 2020. But revenue should increase this year and next.

The contract win announcements look very strange because they are so small. However, if they mainly flow through to the bottom line that would be great.

It is far to say that EU Supply has been a big disappointment to investors since the IPO some years ago. However, they now have meaningful revenue and may have some momentum. I would like them to report a net profit this year.
