They have zero interest in other businesses...' ... but if Enet's IP & products are as crucial for Tarana as reported here, then you would think that they would have secured it ... either a takeover , or at least taking a significant stake in the company ... say up to 29%, and get a couple of their guys on the board to make sure that no rivals get a foothold ... and it would have cost them a pittance!
