Management seem to want to keep maximum control . If they can see through this patch then returns could be unfathomably huge. Hopefully bottom reached

MK under £5m so any significant order would boost the price. The up and downside is only 40m shares with 25m held by directors and funds, so it doesnt take much to move the share price

Bizarre situation really . The company certainly isn’t looking at the share price for now. A lot in the pipeline given global reach of 5G and ethernitys cutting Edge tech

I agree, not sure I like the route of invoice discounting but the CEO seems very keen on not having to dilute himself. Only 30m shares outstanding so it's hardly PREM. Personally I wouldn't mind that much if they did a placing as king as it got them through to break even and it took away the uncertainty.

Burnt through €2m in 6 months but R&D on hold plus cost savings may keep them going till September/ October. Unless they have receipts due, fundraising sooner rather than later may be the better option. Would get screwed rotten if they leave it until the cupboard is bare.

Not sure, says latter half of 2020 but sounds like they've got a few options available to them. If it was a straight up equity raise obviously they're at the mercy of the market which would want a nice discount.

$2.7m net cash and short term cash deposits as at 31 December 2019. As at 16 June 2020 the Company had retained cash reserves of $0.54m (unaudited)Any guesses on the price for a much needed cash injection?

Yep must admit I should have acted on that VSA news.. I'll go underwater on these today and doubt I'll be 'buying the dip' given the uncertainty over funding. Take it on the chin I suppose, it still has decent prospects given the industry it operates in

Yes finals will be soon. More importantly there is news due on the grant from the Israeli govt and if they will do a raise after the EGM. Oh and also the contract that's due with the upfront payments.. interesting few weeks coming up here.
