There is 1.4 billion currently. At 0.3p this is valued at £420k. Placing will be for up to 5billion more shares at 0.2p. Maybe 3b so £600k to pay settlement and leave some cash in bank. Will leave current value at 4.4b shares at 0.2p = £880k

I would love to know how they expect to sell all these additional shares into the market and dilute the share price even further when the market capitalisation of the company is only valued at £123000 approximately today anyway? Why not just let it go bust and be done?
