The price can't drop under 0.021p as they won't be able to issue any shares. Its 0.025p on the bid already.

Wrong.

They don't need positive news.

The price will drop further until mugs arrive.

Look at the graph.

tomboyb - Not quite sure what's so funny. They will seek authority to issue another 5 billion shares. They will easily get the authority for there are no institutions in here to block it and PIs won't bother to vote.

However the next trick is to get buyers whether MM or mug PIs for the shares and they cannot do this without positive news. The current market cap is only £300k.

Watch and Learn.

tomboy - How much they can raise depends on the current share price. Assuming the shares drop to the nominal value of 0.021p. The most they can raise is £1.05m. This would be enough to clear the $400k owed to the settlement creditors. Its also important to bear in mind that they are raising at a EGM. They will also put resolutions to raise again at the AGM.

The live issue here now is have they at last got their act together now that the grim reaper is knocking on their door. I think they have.

No point doing any reading. Not on ENET anyway.

patt - "Pwhite. An ASIC is fixed function with no ability to change."

I never said an ASIC itself had the ability to change its function. I said they were used in specific and changing environments. Furthermore if you do some reading you will note EASIC is not a replacement for ASIC.

Pwhite. An ASIC is fixed function with no ability to change. The eASIC idea was a cross between ASIC and FPGA.

tomboyb - "Pwhite, they have raised millions and loss after loss year in year out-"

I agree. I have watched many investors lose everything invested here over the years. However there is something important about investment that you need to understand.

A company that is on its knees is far better focussed than a company at any other stage in its development. ENET are on their knees at the moment. The share price is at it lowest ever. The market cap is at its lowest ever. As per the US aerospace news they are beginning to get things right now.

patt - "But pwhite. The ASICs business has been touted for years now and the world has changed."

Only someone who does not understand the difference between ASIC and IC would make such a statement. ASIC are custom built to accommodate a specific and changing environment whereas IC is not.

Pwhite, they have raised millions and loss after loss year in year out-

I dont think its a bad strategy to raise equity which will enable them to pay off "some" creditors with mug money -

However they will need much much more to keep the gravy train going -

Not sustainable under any stretch - ( Just look @ the last 4 years)

Wow and people actually thought when enet engineers bought their own company shares, this was a good sign.

They now now realise enet is bottom of the pile.

Close it down.

But pwhite. The ASICs business has been touted for years now and the world has changed. ENET simply have got left behind. This simply keeps the salaries and expenses paid for a little longer.
