I think at this price and market cap the company is worth taking a look at again. The aerospace contract update was particularly encouraging.

RNS 13/03/25 - "Additionally, the Company is pleased to have received the highest performance ratings across all aspects of the contract so far, including technical support, adherence to scheduled deliveries, and overall management."

This could lead to other work in the US aerospace industry. Proposing an additional 5 billion shares I'm inclined to think they already have further contracts to announce to support the dilution and potential buyer(s) for the stock.
