23/5/2025 08:13 | I was merely using Nividia as an example of the kind of contract RNS they would need to announce to prevent the scenarios 2 and 3 I laid out. Unnamed US Tier 1 aerospace companies or unnamed OEMS or unnamed anything will not do the trick for there are just far too many warrants. Any news that cannot be independently confirmed will be short lived as the warrants will destroy any rise in the share. price. | pwhite73
23/5/2025 07:53 | Don't see Nvidia being one of the OEMs that David Levi has posted about. He is silent and has been for a while. Hopefully this silence is well spent for a contract. A deal should have been struck by now in my opinion. The 5 year plan, on the website, needs the first OEM contract to start the ball rolling positively. | snooker40
23/5/2025 07:41 | We VRS followers will be eternally grateful for PW's guidance, advice & wise council. Since his arrival over there & assumption of the unelected position of VRS Guide in Chief he has shepherded us, with the consummate expertise & vast store of knowledge he has regularly displayed on these ADVFN threads through the share price drop of over 99%, maintaining a bullish stance every step of the way.
You're lucky to have him. | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
23/5/2025 07:23 | simonsmithIV - "We’re already 3 weeks into that, so not long now."
With a 12% fall yesterday there are no more conversions to come for now. This is because the bid at 0.021p is below the warrant exercise price of 0.022p. So any warrant holder who exercises now immediately loses money. Furthermore the share price nominal value is NIS0.001 which is also equivalent to 0.021p. The company cannot issue new shares below the nominal value. There are only two routes out for the company.
1. A stonking RNS of a tie up with Nvidia to lift the bid above 0.021p
2. A recapitalisation of the nominal value downwards so further shares can be issued.
Given the restrictions on their ability to raise finance I suspect this is why shareholders have heard nothing of the creditor settlement three weeks after the RNS. The company does not have the financial resources at the moment to hand over $400k to the creditors. There is one other alternative:-
3. File for administration.
The issuance of 3.6 billion shares in the 01/05/2025 placing and the attached warrants of another 3.6 billion shares totalling 7.2 billion shares may have been the last throw of the dice. | pwhite73
23/5/2025 02:14 | He is right to mention them and the warrants | snooker40
22/5/2025 21:05 | PWhite will haunt this board forever, you have to wonder why. But his Tourette like reiterating of 3.6bln shares ignores the fact that it’s trading 2-300mln a day, so 3.6bln will only take a few weeks to churn through. We’re already 3 weeks into that, so not long now. | simonsmithiv
22/5/2025 19:06 | Nope....Read the years of hope and failure in this threadDilution to infinity, while drawing healthy salaries.dead duck better. | chester9

22/5/2025 16:27 | David Levi ... in him we trust or don't trust? | snooker40
22/5/2025 16:22 | Some of your points are noted. But here endeth the discussion. Its outside our hands now. We await an RNS. | smcl
22/5/2025 16:18 | smcl - "Pontificating rampers or derampers are both irritating."
Pontificating rampers are not irritating if you are holding a stock. No amount of ramping can be excessive if you are a holder. All deramping is pontificating and excessive if you are a holder. That's the psychologically of the game at this end of the market. ENET are an absolute disgrace. Now they've raised £800k at 0.022p and potentially another £800k with 0.022p warrants there is radio silence from the company.
1st May 2025 was the fund raise. Have they settled with the creditors yet?. | pwhite73
22/5/2025 16:13 | PW- I'm not angry when the company. I invest and take my chances- no investment is guaranteed safe! Pontificating rampers or derampers are both irritating. Balanced discussion welcome but no pontificators please!! | smcl
22/5/2025 15:59 | Get lost - you are desperate to be proven right! little man syndrome. Bitter twisted for what?? | smcl
22/5/2025 15:57 | smcl - "we are all over 21"
When you say over 21 are you including the share price?. If so just watch and learn. | pwhite73
22/5/2025 15:55 | Shut up PW- you pontificating dipstick. You post rubbish on other BB's.
We do not need your warnings- we are all over 21 and free to make our own decisions.
Stock market guru - you're NOT- but irritating poster YES! | smcl
22/5/2025 11:45 | Churn Churn ....those shares are being sold | snooker40
22/5/2025 10:26 | mnight10 - Another 50 million dumped at 0.239p. Is it all beginning to make sense now?
If you really want to make yourself useful contact the company and ask them why three weeks after they claimed they would settle with the creditors there is still no RNS to confirm this. For the record there is potential for another 3.4 billion where that 50 million came from. | pwhite73
22/5/2025 09:13 | DOWN. Thought news would be Monday and rising all week.
Mega mega disappointed. | realdealy
21/5/2025 12:19 | Making the rounds that David Levi is a sly guy
David Levi is the CEO and founder of Ethernity Networks. Prior to Ethernity, David was granted two U.S. patents regarding GPON protocol-related inventions. He founded Broadlight, which created BPON and GPON components and was acquired by Broadcom for $230 million.
Also we await the RNS news wave.
Plenty of upside to be had. | m_night10
