Yup big news to come here.

19/12/2017...

"...Momentum continues to gain pace, with 15 banks now having signed agreements which enable them to use the HomeSend service for cross-border transactions - an increase of five banks since our statement on 2 October 2017. These several most recent agreements are within the smaller part of the addressable market, and are therefore for volumes expected to be in the range of US$30 - 50 million per annum each, with implementation plans still to be finalised. HomeSend has also progressed discussions on contracts for much larger opportunities, as mentioned in the announcement on 2 October 2017, and these opportunities remain imminent."

Yes, volume means we can get rid of any stale bulls/overhang.Next news will move this seriously north, I'm expecting 15p-20p in short order. And that will just be the start.

Back in today after a long absence.

For me, the highlight of the SCSW 2 page report is to put some detail onto this part of the Dec 19th fundraising and update -

"Proceeds are expected to be used by HomeSend for working capital and to accelerate the building of additional functionality to meet HomeSend's medium and long-term aims. The Board of eServGlobal believes that the proceeds will allow HomeSend to better focus on the far larger than expected growth opportunities in the cross-border banking market."

and also reference to Finncap's very bullish comments about margins and profit growth.

M&G been buying in the market, as well as in the placing a few months ago.
Looks like the large trades a few days ago was M&G lifting another large chunk, perhaps off another institution. All good news, from weak hands to strong hands.
Good volume today and a nice move to go with that.
News on more signings for HomeSend should go down very well indeed, ESG still very cheap, imo.

M&G taking a stake is useful - by definition this needs some institutional money flow to move the price up. I presume small cap funds look at each other's moves for ideas.

Great to see ESG receiving some decent exposure which now has and will attract plenty of interest. Should be followed by further news as expressed by the Chairman and I'm still wondering as to which bank he is referring to when he says its one even his Mum would know!

The problem here is when you look at the potential it might not pull back. Who knows?
